10:9:0 today - a pound on from yesterday and about to have a massive roast.

Will draw a line tomorrow and get to work on having a good week.

weirdly wouldn’t let me post all weekend

anyways I was mindful Friday and sat but yest went all in with the cake and wine

result is a 2.5 gain! Sad days.

Back on track today. 900 cals and low carb.
would love to be 10.8 for Friday but hope I’m not chasing my tail all week. Stupid me

Only had two alcoholic drinks over the weekend so that's not too bad. Think I over compensated with food instead which I shouldn't have done.
Didn't get any exercise in and my intended walk never happened.

10:9:5 today - I wanted 10:6:5 by this Friday so that's 3lb off in 5 days. Unlikely but I am going to be really good this week, gym few times and see what I can achieve by Friday.

I have a couple of socials this weekend so want my clothes to fit nicely and that is my motivation for this week.

How was everyone's weekend?

Is there anything that is going to get in the way of you having a great week?

I always find Mondays are high and it comes back down through the week! Don't fear just stay focused we have got this 😇🤣

Indulged but not overly this weekend

Really want 10s 2.5 on Friday which would be 1 off from last weekend

Let’s do it everyone I have nothing stopping me for 4 days to be super stringent with what I put in mouth!
tmrw will be ten thousand steps but busy at work today and wed so won’t get much else in….

Friday night I have friends over but sat and Sunday are clear to buckle down

151 here so 1 pound on over the weekend. I’m going to do 5 days of 800 (or as close as possible). So fed up with being stuck at this weight! Want to be 147 on Saturday morning 🤞🤞🤞

scoffed a huge slice of cake 🍰 for *ucksake. It will be gone tonight as told DH any left over is going in bin as I can’t be trusted!

Fasted till 12
Bacon and spinach frittata with yoghurt and beetroot coleslaw
Cheese and tomato toast in the air fryer at 4:30pm
Went to eat a caramel egg which my DS swiftly wanted so I didn't have it.
I'm hungry now but just got in to bed to stop myself! (Posting In Here to make sure the kitchen stays closed!)

10:10:4 today arrgghhh!!

Didn't think I ate too badly yesterday and went gym so frustrating to see that on the scales today.

I'm removing my goal of 10:6:5 as it's too much pressure and unachievable.

This week there is no weight loss goal, I'll just do the best I can to ease off the pressure.

it’s bloody hard now loosing the last few. Doesn’t help when u eat huge slices of cake!!!
im 10.10.5 today so with u. But I know why I am. I’m still hoping to get 10.8 by Friday / day if I remove all carbs!

Some lovely food on here today!

I'm still fasting but I am tired and dehydrated right now! Having a bottle of water and will get some food soon!

Bolognese pasta bake for tea I think but will load it with veg!

Have college later but online so may try and close the kitchen by 6pm

I opened at 2 and closed at 6

BLT (was amazing, I was sickly hungry)
Homemade date bark - this was outstanding!
(Flattened and rolled a layer of dates, topped with whole earth peanut butter, drizzled some melted chocolate and popped in the freezer)
Piece of fish and beans (didn't need this but I know I would be hungry later and wanted to close)

6.5k steps and HIIT done ✔️

Your food sounds great ladies and that date bark sounds devine!

I had mackerel on toast yesterday and chicken rice and veg for dinner. (But also demolished a 300 calorie cookie) - I can feel the fuck it it's Christmas button creeping in.

Plan for today
Soup and toasted bread for lunch
Salmon and kale for dinner

Try not to have another cookie - not making any promises.

Try to get to the gym.

The Christmas f*ck it button is a beauty like! It only needs to be 3 days with some extra treats on the build up! Not the whole month (which it has been previously)

900 cals. Black coffees and 15 hour fast.
no steps or HIT today.

weigh tmrw. Extended my 10.8 goal to Monday am as I have no plans over weekend and think I need a bit longer after all the cake and wine drunk last weekend

950 yesterday as I had half a bar of galaxy.
350 so far today which chicken and cauli rice for dinner.
I can’t give up for Christmas yet! Last year I put on 6 pounds over the 2 weeks!!

Ended on 950. had some milk in coffees in end.

I also put on 7 last year @Chunkymonkey123 so I’m going to keep going till 23rd dec! If I can be 10.7 for then I’ll be pleased . Really I should be 10.6 by then but have social stuff which will set me back

I'm letting the side down.

Went to the gym, but then ate my dinner and had two slices of my son's leftover pizza and then had a shortbread.

You're right, it's too early and I need to save my treat calories for socials, which I have three over the weekend so can't really afford to be munching like I am.

Hoping to get back on track tomorrow. May try for a very low calorie day.

Will aim to keep things in control today. Maybe soup no bread at lunch and will see about dinner depending on hunger levels.
