friend over tmrw for Xmas drink. But we not eating so can stick to plan sort off
nothing on sat/sunday….will weigh tmrw
don’t feel 10.8 so that’s goal for Monday

ARGH 10s 5.4 so 2 on from last week and it doesn't feel deserved so maybe there before catching up on me

Last week I was hopeful to be 9s13 by Xmas this week it feels impossible

But I need to give my head a wobble. Sensible weekend and the same through the week!

I'm 10:8:6 today and I'll take that actually.

Aim for next Friday will be 10:7:5 as I expect I'll go up a bit this weekend with a couple of socials / meals out.

I haven’t weighed today as I had a glass of wine last night and I don’t want to be demotivated! I’m carrying on with 800-900 until Monday morning weigh in.

Back on plan today. Didn’t weigh as didn’t fancy feeling rubbish! I had a nice weekend so not dwelling on it . I may have had brunch out with family and fish and chips in evening (usually this is about twice a year in my house so I really enjoyed it!)

I was 10.8 this morning. Going out for lunch today but I plan for that to be my only proper meal of the day. Christmas party on Friday so I want to be 10.7 for that, I was 10.5 last year.

I want to be 10.7 by Friday but prob expecting too much but even 10.7.5 will be fab

Thanks ladies I don't feel so guilty about being 10:11:2 today as I have had a lovely weekend and I know December always gets a bit crazy.

Quiet one at home today so lunch and dinner only with plenty of veg. No alcohol.

I may have to remove goals for this month as no sooner do I set them, they go out the window. I don't want to feel like I'm failing or guilty for enjoying myself this month. I will make good choices where I can and on days with no plans though to try and keep things in check.

Failed again today! Seem to have fallen into a pattern of being super good in week and doing as I please at weekend

Agh! 10.12 today. 3.8 gain over weekend.
plan today 800 cals and black coffees.
no idea what I’ll be Friday but 10.7 won’t happen!

@Smartmove I'm in the same boat!

10:12:1 today - a good 3.5lb on over the weekend. How is it so easy to put a few on but so hard to lose it?!!

Monday to Wednesday needs to be good for me as I will struggle as the week goes on so just going to focus on the next three days.

Too cold to drink water which is what I tend to do in the summer.

Coffee / light lunch and dinner with lots of veg - keeping both high protein- I think that's the plan for the next few days.

No alcohol until my work night out on Friday.
@Smartmove @stillholly Most of that rain should be water weight 🤞🤞 Agree that it is so unfair how easy it is to put on weight!!

Well done @Chunkymonkey123 !!!!!! It paid off focussing.

good day so far should end on 850 cals though slightly higher on the carbs still very low in cals. Really hoping weekend water gain is off for Wednesday and I’m back at 10.8.2 where I was on Friday! Why do I do this nearly every weekend waaaaaaa!!!!
