I'm starting from last night and fasting till tonight, just decided (with a possibility of just carrying in till tomorrow morning maybe...)

That's a good shout - best of luck and really hope you get the loss you want!

I'm 10:9:8 today - really been chipping away at it this week and if I eat light / low carb today I'm hopeful I should get my 10:8:5 tomorrow.

Next week goal will be 10:7:5 which is around where I was before holiday. Would still like a bit more after that before the Christmas socials kick off.

@stillholly fingers crossed for the right results for tomorrow too!!

I completed 24 hours and was debating carrying on till the morning but I ate!

2 chicken breast, garlic butter broccoli and Parmesan
Yogurt and granola

I feel so full and sleepy now

10s 5.4 so I think 3 off since holiday (2 weeks) but 3 on from when I went away!
Will keep going as I feel good but would like min 3 ideally 6 off before Xmas (which I will probably put on again and be in the same boat again)

Big walk today and put for all the steaks tonight

That's great weight - would you say it was worth doing the long fast and would you do it again?

I ended up having pudding last night so not sure what the scales will do today but feeling good.

I said 10:9:8 yesterday but meant 10:8:8

I am 10:9 today - likely due to the pudding last night.

Will stick with goal of 10:7:5 for next week as running out of weekends before Christmas to realistically lose weight.

I enjoyed it and felt so energised in the afternoon! Probably could of carried on till this morning but I enjoyed some food watching tv in silence last night

I'll def do it again next week and maybe try a bit longer but won't put pressure on myself x

I was 10.9 today so basically STS this week which is disappointing. I’ve been listening to how stress makes it hard to lose weight so I’ve been trying to do some meditation each day.
A 24 hour fast is brilliant, well done!

Meditation sounds good. I sometimes like listening to mediation podcasts to go to sleep.

I've had wine tonight. And a cake. Oh well, it is Friday/.

10:8:5 was my goal for yesterday so a day late and happy about it.

Come on 10:7:5 by next Friday.

There will be treats and alcohol this weekend but will see the damage on Monday and work the plan out from there.

Jelly hope you're joining me today in drawing a line under the weekend and getting to work on a bit of weight loss by the end of the week! Is everyone else in this week?

I drank on Friday and Saturday, also had hot chocolates and treat foods. No exercise all weekend but it was a good one.

10:9:7 today so want 2lb off by Friday to be 10:7:5

I don't have any plans this weekend, probably the quietest weekend in the build up to Christmas and I must say I cannot wait! I hope to broadly stay sensible this weekend so as not to undo too much of this weeks work as we head towards December.

I want to gym at least three times this week.
Greek yog and grapes for breakfast
Mackerel on toast for lunch
Chicken with sweet potato and veg for dinner

Let's go!

Fasted (quite easily) till 2pm so may fast from 5pm and have a really small feast window this week

Chicken and barley soup with all the good stock (and some focaccia)

Will have some yoghurt, seeds and blueberries in a bit

I anted to exercise today but walks will have to do!

Weighed at 10s 6.6 so aiming for 10s 5 on Friday!!

I’ve been away this weekend so far too much wine and cooked breakfasts!
I’m at 1600 today and will stop after my cup of tea. Next 4 days I want to be as close to 800 as possible to try and be 10.8 for Saturday.

I ate between 2-5. But a bit much and felt sick.

Chicken lettuce coleslaw and focaccia
Yoghurt and berries
11.5k steps

Will see more of the same tomorrow! May aim to 24 hour fast!

One night away and I’ve put on 3 pounds!! I did drink a lot but I really don’t think I ate that much.
For 800 I have two meals, the first being eggs of some variation and the second a smaller portion of whatever my family is eating. It is easier to be low carb.

weighing in at 10.9 today where I’ve been all week. Seems like we all at our stuck weight
ive been doing 900 cals and ten thousand steps so hoping it comes off soon!

I usually have Greek yog and raspberries
eggs for lunch or tuna salad
marinated meat or fish with broccoli
I drink all my coffees black when I’m being serious about it

ive not had a drink for 3.5 weeks and I’m going to have one on sat as I’m missing it now!
