Hi Everyone, so just over 3lbs off this week bringing the 12 day total to 9.8lbs, husband is around the same as well.

Going to keep going this week, amazing to think there could be close to a stone off after 3 weeks, even if it is a lot of water I still feel a lot less bloated and my clothes are not as snug.

Finding it a lot easier now, I seem to be in the groove Smile

Well done to everyone on their weight loss xx

Addidas · 25/06/2022 11:48

Oh am starving today!!!! Well done @Alainlechat

user1471561661 · 25/06/2022 15:39

@Addidas and @Alainlechat well done on the weight-loss!!

I was out with friends for dinner last night - technically it was on plan but just too much so this morning scales are up! I am not 100% calorie counting today as I feel grim but so far pretty on track.

Addidas · 25/06/2022 17:24

Survived my friends late lunch! I picked at carrots cucumber olives chicken skewers cheese and strawberries. But I’ve no idea how to calorie count them! So I’ve guessed and coming in at 1000 today . It’s so hard when ur socialising.

Addidas · 26/06/2022 08:08

11.8.6 today. So just under a pound off. Suspect the water weight slowing down.

brekkie yoghurt and Rasberries
lunch smoked salmon and avacado salad
dinner portabello mushroom pizza

be in at 950. As I said before I can’t do 800!

Doyathinkhesaurus · 26/06/2022 09:32

6 days in and stepped on the scales. 2kg down. That's not bad. Not sure if the slight blip involving 2 margaritas and a burrito on Friday night has slowed things but I know I lost more than this in the first week of weight watchers. Not giving up yet. The holiday looms.

Question for you - are we supposed to be staying keto or are we allowed some carbs?

Addidas · 26/06/2022 13:28

@Doyathinkhesaurus I do the original fast 800 that I did 2 years ago where it’s low carbs and healthy carbs. But I think a newer keto version is out where u basically have very very low carbs but I don’t do that…maybe someone can help u on that one. I lost good amount of weight keeping carbs below 50 and found a day off didn’t mean a huge weight gain like it did in the past with keto diets….

i might have had too much dark choc . But I did do an excercise class but I’ll be at 1000 today again.

xraydelta · 26/06/2022 14:30

Good afternoon 😁

Week two of my reset plan veered a little off course sadly with rather too much wine and birthday cake (not mine!), but I am back on plan today with asparagus, halloumi and spinach salad and then baked chicken later for dinner.

Paying for the online course has actually made it much easier to jump back into things though. I am already thankful. It's very easy to plan and track everything.

I have spent the last hour or so reading up online and printing off and ordering online shopping to be delivered tomorrow ready for the first half of week three.

Tomorrow is portobello mushrooms, smoked salmon and poached eggs and then herby feta aubergine rolls for dinner.

I hope everyone is having a good weekend and ready for the start of the week tomorrow 😁

Addidas · 27/06/2022 07:23

@xraydelta welcome back! The feta aubergine rolls sound amazing! Please do send a brief recipie if u have time

im 11.7.8 today so another down overnight. Suspect things will massively slow down at 11.6 which is what I got to before my holiday and after my baby was born.

today - egg and cheese and spinach omelette
lunch - in out so pret tuna salad
dinner - prawns and brocolli

didnt eat much protein yest and a lot of fat. Had a funny tummy sup this can happen?

clare8allthepies · 27/06/2022 09:39

Well done on the losses everyone! After stalling for days I’ve had a loss the last 2 days in a row albeit small ones so at the end of week 3 I’m 11st 10.6, exactly 12 pounds down. I also started my period this morning, a couple of days earlier than I was expecting so hopefully that will be another couple of pounds off once that’s over.

Planning chicken stir fry for lunch and I’m not sure what for dinner, I’ve got some of those chicken chipolatas in the fridge so those with some veggies I expect. My youngest requested cottage pie for dinner tonight so I’ve bought some frozen mash from Tesco for it. I figured there’s no way that I’m peeling, chopping, boiling and mashing spuds if I’m not getting to eat any! 🤣

user1471561661 · 27/06/2022 13:13

Wow well done on all the losses! I am a 1lb up on Friday but have been trying on old clothes and things that were snug/ too small are beginning to fit which feels amazing! There is still a whole section or 2 of smaller clothes to reach for unfortunately Blush

MistySkiesAreGone · 27/06/2022 14:34

Well done everyone! Will come back and post.

Ugh I just ate a slice of cake! Was craving sugar. Posting on here for accountability.

xraydelta · 27/06/2022 19:20

@Addidas yes, cake (which I normally don't like at all!!!) was my downfall last week too 🙈

It's good to be accountable on here.

I am strictly following the 12 week Very Fast plan online with this reset. And I have actually just eaten the aubergine rolls. I didn't roll them though, just sort of ate them as they came 😆

It's accidentally turned out to be a vegetarian day, but that's fine. I quite like a meat free Monday.

I am concentrating on resisting wine this evening. That's the plan.

It's 199 calories, 6.1g carbs for the aubergine rolls.

Sticking to it here. Day 8 now. Lost 3.5lb in week one which I was happy with until I noticed all the people on the Facebook group who lost 7lb or so in the first week. Sigh.

DH lost 6lb.

xraydelta · 27/06/2022 19:53

@FairyCakeSprinkles it's so individual! Try not to compare. That's a great weight loss.

FairyCakeSprinkles · 27/06/2022 21:31

@xraydelta, you are right and I know comparison is the thief of joy but it's hard when you feel as though you are trying really hard.

I just lose weight so slowly, I've done weight watchers in the past and it took me a month to lose 2.5lb so the 3.5lb is fantastic in comparison.

Addidas · 28/06/2022 06:37

@FairyCakeSprinkles well done. Weight loss is weight loss! It’s not a gain or stay the same so we’ll done. It will keep coming of….it is such hard work!!

despite my cake yest (and some cheese and crackers!?) I’m down 0.5 . Bizzare. Back on today

nuts and yoghurt brekkie
feta salad lunch
chicken curry dinner

coming in at 900

xraydelta · 28/06/2022 07:01

Morning felllow early riser @Addidas

That's so great about the loss despite cake 😁

I am back to what I was a week ago. But that's fine, and deserved. I reckon I will lose again this week.

I am planning pepper quiche cups and beef goulash today.

Addidas · 28/06/2022 09:37

@xraydelta I have a 5 month old so hence early rises for me!!!

hope everyone has a good day on plan. I have a big celebration in 11 days I’ll be off plan for and would love to have lost a good few more pounds day before then

FairyCakeSprinkles · 28/06/2022 10:51

Thanks @Addidas, again, I know you are right!

Planning:

Omelette lunch,
Chicken and veg dinner with some Mexican spices.
Yoghurt and strawberries as 'dessert'

That should be 800 calories.

Tomorrow is going to be tricky. Meeting an old colleague for a quick coffee and 'sandwich' in the park by the office. Hoping wherever we go will have salads.

xraydelta · 28/06/2022 11:08

@Addidas I have teenagers. I am the only one awake first thing 😆

@FairyCakeSprinkles the only advice I can give is to research now. Google all the possible places around the park and look at their menus and decide what's doable for you. Then you can subtlety make sure you pick up a "sandwich" from there. If I know in my head what I am ordering (mostly chicken salad, dressing on the side), sparkling water and black coffee. Then it just rolls off the tongue naturally and I am not distracted by baguettes and crisps 😆

Addidas · 28/06/2022 18:03

Yes I obsessively plan all my meals too!!! I’ve skipped brekkie this am so I’ve managed 800 cals. Whoopy! Don’t know how people do it every day though!

FairyCakeSprinkles · 28/06/2022 20:58

Will do, thanks @xraydelta.

@Addidas, I'm sticking to the 800 in 8 hours so skipping breakfast. It's hard but I said I'd do it for 3 weeks and see how I get on. Currently on day 9.

clare8allthepies · 28/06/2022 21:42

I attempted the blood sugar diet ages ago (it was before we moved so over 6 years ago) and I made it about 6 weeks before giving it up but I was hungry a lot of the time. This time I’m eating a lot less carbs and I’m so much less hungry!

today, lunch chicken sausages, eggs, mushrooms and spinach. dinner: chicken stir fry with cauliflower rice. I poached a load of chicken breast earlier so whatever the menu for tomorrow will be, there will be lots of chicken!
