I’ve done 1000 again today. Unexpected trip to Nando’s which involved chicken breast and a salad which was higher cals than I thought. On 25g carbs though so that’s pretty good.

b-lots of coffee with dash’s of milk as my baby was up all night.
l - tuna salad
d - homemade arribiata sauce with veg meatballs and Parmesan

comes in at 800.

Stayed the same this morning. Lunch chicken stir fry with cauli rice, dinner I’m making a chicken curry and a saag paneer which I may add more cauli rice to or might have without.

We’re all going to have to eat at different times for the next few days due to the amount of activities going on (don’t you just love the end of term) so meal planning is going to be a bit of a challenge.

@Addidas I remember vividly how awful the sleep deprivation babies cause is, good luck to you!

Closing my mouth at 1000! 36 carbs Why can’t I do less?! Had some dark choc which ended up bringing my cals up!
not sure I’ll loose 3 this week now

@Addidas you’re being too hard on yourself, 1,000 calories is a perfectly good result, you are eating healthy food, and you have a baby to look after. You’re doing great!

Going ok here on my first week. First couple of days under my belt but fully expect to wake up a size 8 lol. I've no patience. Hoping for half stone in 3 weeks and then lose the other half or so by September. Must remember to drink more water!! .

Ok so I’ve put that half back on??? Ugh!!!! I got to this weight a month ago too and didn’t shift it went away / had some celebrations put it on. Off again. And now not moving again!!! Anyways here’s my stats. I’m 2 weeks tmrw but I don’t expect there will be a huge change.

GW 8st 12 lbs
Weight loss is 4.5 lbs since joining 4 days ago.

Delighted with that, other than wine lapses I’ve been pretty strict. Long way to go. I’ve been trying on and off all year.

How is everyone else doing?

Breakfast: coffee, no lunch as had a haircut, dinner is roast chicken salad, tzatziki, tomatoes, avocado, humous, feta.

ive been annoyed that I’ve basically not lost this week I have tmrw but hardly going to have lost 2/3 pounds. But I didn’t gain it in a day and I won’t loose it in a day either. Hopefully something off next week!

@Addidas I haven't lost either - have kind of accepted it and upped cals for a couple of days and am planning to do a few strict days from tomorrow!

Finished on 668 yesterday for various reasons. This was a big mistake as I was starving this morning and had to break the TRE window and have a protein yoghurt.

Finishing today on 997.

Finishing today was 950 . Though hard to be certain with tagine and separating into 4 portions…but I tried my best to guess.

@FairyCakeSprinkles keep going. Are u measuring things on scale? Are u drinking lots of water? Do u need the loo (sorry tmi! But I dropped 2 pounds last week once I went!!!). Time of month? Very disheartening but think stops and starts are to be expected.

will report back tmrw. Hope I’m down something!!!!!

@Addidas, it isn't any of those things although they are good suggestions. This just happens to me every time I try and lose weight and it's very demotivating.

I end up wondering how I didn't weigh more to start with...! If existing on 800 calories means I maintain my weight how did I not weight more in 2,000 or so. 🤷‍♀️

I do need to stick with it and they will move eventually. Sigh.

Stayed the same again today so stats the same as on Monday. Leftover curries from last night for lunch, didn’t get a chance to eat before going to help out at the school disco and don’t know if I can be bothered to get anything now.

It seems like plateaus and low carb go hand in hand. For 3 days I have upped my net carbs to 50 and cals to approx 1200 and actually I have gained almost a pound a day!!!!!!!!!!!! I know it's water weight and food weight but it sucks a bit. Let's see what some strict days do I guess, but I need to decorate and do a lot of sorting in the house in the evenings after work which will be hard on low cal and low carb.

@user1471561661 how depressing! I’m feeling pissed off with it all today. I know I’ve lost 7 but I’ve actually been dieting now for a good 2 months and I’ve been this weight for a month and keep going up and down. I can’t eat any less!!!! I know it’s prob the weekends but I also choose to have a some life I really admire those who just don’t have a glass of wine on a celebration or a slice of cake on their bday etc……it’s amazing and I can’t do it!

anyways I’m really hoping this week I’ll have a woooossshhh and loose something but obv my 11.3 desire for sat am will not happen seeing as I’m 11.6 today!

It is frustrating isn’t it? Same weight again this morning so 4 days in a row. I used a ketostick yesterday morning and definitely still in ketosis. Hopefully will have a ‘whoosh’ at some point! Going to take the girls out to the cinema either tomorrow evening or Saturday afternoon so I'm about to try and find somewhere I can get a nice meal out without veering too off plan.

Plateaus are demoralising, this is my weight chart this year. You wouldn’t know I was on a diet. Determined to make it go down. It’s been like this for 3 years being honest. Starting to move down now. Not giving up.

Right stopping at 1150. Not the best. But I did a spin class and 8000 steps and it’s made me so hungry. Will report back tmrw. Sigh!
there’s choc pudding i the fridge and I could eat them both!
