@user1471561661, I think I will ultimately move to that but I promised myself I'd do three weeks of the 800 calories, 2 meals, 16:8. The weird thing is I've always been able to take or leave breakfast but I guess that is after snaking later into the previous evening.
Stuck to it again today. Chicken salad for lunch and the tikka masala from the book with cauliflower rice.
@Addidas, totally agree re keeping busy. I've been busy today and it's been easier. School fete tomorrow and I'm helping to set up and man the stalls. That should help keep me focused albeit I am on a cake stall at one point.
