Go for it!!! You'll probably feel sore tomorrow (but in a good way!).

Think I did something to my knee skiing today. It's really hurting. Sad Had a fall when someone clipped my ski.

Oh no, hope you're both feeling better Oub and Sophie, have some Flowers Brew Cake in the meantime!
No Jillian here since Wednesday due to a combination of work shifts and half term this week. Have managed 10,000+ steps per day every day though, which is some consolation. Hoping to get back to some Jillian during the second half of this week - at least BFBM seems to have got easier since I've been doing it regularly!

Thanks Oub and Blody, knee feels a bit better but not so great so did half a day skiing and then treated myself to a visit to the steam room. Feeling all floppy and relaxed now.

Ah I do admire you Oub doing both levels of 6W6P together. I must try it myself one day when got lots of time.

The problem is that the side planks with leg lifts at end of L1 always finish me off to the point I can't contemplate doing anything else!!

It's best to do L2 first and then move on to L1. At least that is what I do.

7km on hotel treadmill.

VERY boring even with constant varying of speed and incline. Much prefer running outside.

Me too Sophie. Yesterday and today are rest days due to left thigh pain. Last week managed 5 days of 12,000+ steps, incl BFBM Wed- Fri.
Loving the sunny weather and the brighter mornings - helping to keep my motivation going Smile.

Blody- do you think you've injured your leg or the muscle is tired from exercise? Hope it feels better anyway.

6W6P L1. Couldn't do L2 as well. Was up half the night as DD is ill. Pleased I managed L1 (with commentary from an ill DD on the sofa!!)
