It is very nearly 2018, so here is a thread to track your exercise goals.

It doesn't matter if you are new to exercise, or merely continuing your current regime. Everyone is welcome!

BFBM yesterday but Thursdays are usually a long day at work so didn't get to the 10,000 steps Sad.
Have done 2 x 20min KBFF so far today and planning a long walk later.
Tomorrow may end up being a rest day as the Six Nations is starting!

OublietteBravo · 02/02/2018 17:46

Rest day - it is DS's birthday and we are going out for dinner.

Happy Birthday Oub's DS!
Ended up doing almost 12,000 steps yesterday, my best total so far Smile.
No Jillian for me today - our shower is being replaced so have the perfect excuse not to exercise. May do a walk later though, once the new shower is working!

SophieLion · 03/02/2018 11:37

Happy birthday to your DS, Oubliette!

Yes Blody, I too would consider not being able to shower afterwards as a good reason not to exercise!! WinkSmile

I'm trying to get in as much exercise as possible this week as we're overseas next week for a sports comp for DCs and I won't get anything done there.

7km run.

Ugh - it was hard work this morning. I did NMTZ

Unplanned rest day yesterday, so doubled up today: 6W6P L1&L2

7km run. Got at least 4 rest days now due to travelling.

OublietteBravo · 06/02/2018 19:29

Rest day. I've only just got home after 2.5 hours of parents evenings (both DC ended up with parents evening on the same evening). I need to feed everyone and do another hour of work, so exercise isn't happening.

I managed to fit in some exercise today. Cardio: BFBM

Strength: NMTZ

I'm going on holiday tomorrow. I'm not sure how much exercise I'll manage while I'm away...

6W6P L2 - which seemed tougher than usual.

Rest day (although I have done over 16,500 steps). Enjoying the sun on holiday in Benidorm.

Killer Arms and Back L2 and workout 3 (abs) of KBFF. Great to get back to exercising although our trip was so exhausting (but an amazing experience for us and DCs at the games) that wouldn't class any days as "rest days" GrinGrin

33 days

Hope you enjoy your hols, Oubliette (half term, I guess. Ours is next week)

blodynmawr · 12/02/2018 07:48

Had a weekend off as was away with the girls but last week managed the full 50 min of BFBM every morning plus >10,000 steps on some days. Days when I'm in the office are difficult to get in >10,000steps so I may have to try and squeeze in more Jillian on those mornings.
So far today have done 40 min of KBFF and will walk later on.
Enjoy the hols Oub and welcome back Sophie - our HT is next week Smile.

SophieLion · 12/02/2018 08:18

Thank you Blody!
I'm thinking I should borrow DH's Fitbit as would be quite interested to know how many steps I do a day.

SophieLion · 13/02/2018 07:17

6W6P L2 and got one hour dance class later.

Those plank moguls are a killer! Wondering if I'm getting old as the Julian DVDs don't get any easier GrinGrin I find 6W6P (especially L2) way harder than NMTZ. What do you guys think?

34 days

blodynmawr · 13/02/2018 08:00

40 min KBFF done and will walk later (hope the rain will stop at some point!)
I don't have 6W6P but anything involving plank moves is difficult! In BFBM I sometimes cheat the 4th circuit (mainly plank work) by doing strength moves instead - bicep curls, surrenders etc.

SophieLion · 14/02/2018 08:12

One hour tennis

SophieLion · 15/02/2018 07:21

I really wanted to go for a run this morning but it's pouring Angry
Wasn't at all in the mood for doing a DVD but pushed myself and chose one I haven't done for ages: JM's Hard Body L2. It was, erm..... hard! Feeling much better after working out though.

SophieLion · 16/02/2018 07:10

Got a sore throat and feel like I might be coming down with a cold so chose something I thought might be easier with not too much jumping around: Killer Arms and Back L1.

Did use heavier weights though so still feel like I got a good workout and pleased as my arms feel they are getting stronger (my upper body is much weaker than my legs).

Tomorrow will be a rest day as we are travelling.

OublietteBravo · 16/02/2018 17:25

I'm home, but I've definitely got DD's cold so I'm having yet another rest day Sad
