I managed to find enough motivation to do 6W6P L1 & L2.

I'm going to spend the rest of the evening on the sofa in the room with the woodburner keeping nice and warm.

Was feeling tired yesterday and thought I wouldn't do a DVD today, just my dance. But woke up this morning and surprisingly felt like exercising. I suppose it's just become part of life/my routine now and my body expects it.

Have been off work all week with a miserable head cold which had shades of flu as I ached all over. Better today and have been for a long walk. My niggly left thigh has clearly benefitted from the enforced rest Smile. Will ease myself back to Jillian as the week goes on.....
