I always liked the KB&T DVD. Think L2 is a harder (and more cardio) workout than L3 though.

5km run (although my legs are still sore from the run 2 days ago so went slowly).

My goal is to walk at least 15,000 steps a day and, once I'm healed after birth in April, get on my bike for all journeys that I don't really need the car for.

The annoying thing is that despite working out frequently, the lack of cardio (due to my knee problems) means I still feel a bit out of shape fitness-wise Xmas Angry Going to see a new doctor in the New Year and hopefully get to the bottom of this.

Do you think we're the only thread on MN Oub which mainly has only two posters?!
