Don't remember the last time I did a Jillian DVD but for sure the abs part felt easier after doing so much Pilates. Cardio part I felt out of shape Sad

45 Minutes Pilates focussed on abs.

After yesterday's 6W6P, I feel sore in my middle/upper back abs under my arms (my "wings"!) but not in my abs. Not sure why Hmm

I dusted off some Jillian DVDs which I hadn’t done for ages: Killer Abs L1 & Killer Buns & Thighs L1. Which ended up beta rather longer session than I expected (KB&T is a 40 min workout).

Oh I used to like Killer Buns and Thighs. L1 always made my legs hurt the next day (in a good way!). Have heard killer abs isn't as good as 6W6P.

One hour dance class for me today.

I much prefer 6W6P to Killer Abs. There’s too many not-really-cardio cardio breaks and not much floor work in Killer Abs.
