Still feeling a bit dizzy this morning - I suspect DD has given me her latest bug. It’s every is spinning dizziness rather than lightheaded dizziness if that makes sense? Wednesdays are roast dinner day in the work canteen, so lack of food is definitely not the cause.

I’m going on holiday, so will most likely be a bit erratic about exercising for a bit. Although I am taking my kit with me.

I’ve just done BFBM from memory. If you stick to 30 seconds per exercise it genuinely does take 40 minutes.

30 Mins Pilates for arms, Back and abs. One hour dance class later on today.

Nice change for you Oub with the swimming. I keep wondering if I should do some swimming as my whole family goes every Saturday so I have no excuse!!! Plus my knee still isn't right so some swimming might be good.
