June you just heap that cheese on young lady (as long as it's low fat
) 8 stones is a life-chnging amount, and you have every right to be so proud of yourself.
No change in my weight over Christmas, feeling more toned and stronger thanks to shredding but not an ounce lost. I didn't overdo the Christmas stodge at all, so didn't expect to put any on, but still you would have thought with all this bloody exercise ......... do you think it's possible I could be losing some fat though, if I weigh the same but feel more muscly?
Just changed my mind and did a run this morning. 5k @ 10.46 m/m pace. No idea what kind of run you'd call it, but am trying to make my runs progressively faster ie starting slow then increasing the pace rather than just belting it out or plodding along. Haven't done a long run for ages due to lack of time, but since I struggle more with speed I'm hoping this will do for now.
Then came back and did a double shred with DH, levels 1 and 2. He thinks I'm trying to finish him off for the life insurance. Wonder how many calories the shred burns?
running think it's about 12 degrees here - too warm for me.
littlechief I suffer with my right calf on hills, it gets tight then starts pulling.
ibby this is where I really rate parkruns, it's so easy to see your goals. Wish we had one nearer.
Geek I would just start slow, if you feel the need to have abit of a powerwalk first or run/walk the whole thing just do it - listen to your body and slow or stop if you feel bad.
Just saw moshi is on fb at the mo, sounds like she had a good Christmas for those not on fb
.
