Just as an aside, I tried typing Brexiteers into the subject bar and it auto corrected to Brexiteers rest home.

MissGiddyPants · 12/03/2019 15:43

lunicorn · 12/03/2019 15:51

I presume you're not a Brexiteer MissGP?

OP posts:
UrsulaPandress · 12/03/2019 15:53

Yes I am

UrsulaPandress · 12/03/2019 15:54

Oops wrong thread.

UrsulaPandress · 12/03/2019 15:55

But now I have ventured into the Brexit debate, dear god listening to May with her croaky voice - Aaargh - is she going for the sympathy vote? She ain't got much else left...

CardinalSin · 12/03/2019 16:09

"This whole fucking shit show being over."

The only way that's going to happen is if TM revokes A50, otherwise we're in for decades of wrangling...

lunicorn · 12/03/2019 16:52

Anything?

OP posts:
10IAR · 12/03/2019 16:54

Place marking but deliberately not saying anything because I'd genuinely like to know the answers from Brexiteers.

lunicorn · 12/03/2019 18:15

Surely there must be something?

OP posts:
10IAR · 12/03/2019 18:17

I've been asking on another thread and so far nothing.

bellinisurge · 12/03/2019 18:36

Maybe they have clocked off Grin

BIWI · 12/03/2019 18:38

Well, we're taking back control, aren't we?

And getting our sovereignty back.

And ...

Oh yes!

Blue passports. So all will be well with the world Hmm

PickleSarnie · 12/03/2019 19:07

Unicorns.

(I'm not a Brexiter but I do like unicorns)

HighestMountains · 12/03/2019 20:01

Shamelessly placemarking.

Coppersulphate · 12/03/2019 20:44

I am a Brexiteer and am looking forward to leaving the EU

Davespecifico · 12/03/2019 22:23

Copper sulphate- what are you looking forward to? Can you detail each aspect.

BIWI · 12/03/2019 22:37

But the question in the OP was what are you looking forward to @Coppersulphate?

Why do you think leaving is a good thing?

countrygirl99 · 13/03/2019 06:59

I can't believe no one has mentioned the souvenir 50p!

Coppersulphate · 13/03/2019 15:36

The question asked "what are you looking forward to?"
My answer was clear. I am looking forward to leaving the EU.
In particular, as I have said many times, I am looking forward to getting rid of the authority of the ECJ.

1tisILeClerc · 13/03/2019 15:41

I'm looking forward to the UK making a decision and actually leaving.
There is however a minimum of a year of crap to come (Brexit hasn't started yet) and it may be another 3-5 years or more.

PhysaliaPhysalis · 13/03/2019 15:45

Surely we're all looking forward to the party? Because we couldn't have had one of those without Brexit Hmm

onalongsabbatical · 13/03/2019 15:46

How has the ECJ affected you, @Coppersulphate?

10IAR · 13/03/2019 15:54

Since 2003 the European Commission has opened over 750 complaints against the UK for failing to follow or apply EU law. The UK resolved 668 of these complaints before even reaching the court through negotiation and informal dispute resolution. In the end, the Commission decided to refer only 83 of these cases to the European Court.

The UK also has the highest win rate of any EU member state which joined before 2004, winning 1/4 of the 83 actually taken to court.

Damn the ECJ eh?
