The dangers of putting up a front. The article is concerned with provision of services within the U.K., but the thinking it decries could just as easily apply to our approach to the EU negotiations.

Well yes, it takes a special sort of negotiating talent to screw up getting someone to agree to vote the way they would almost certainly have voted anyway.
