Hi guys.
So pez lots of what you said is similar to my understanding. However in my experience, there are grey areas namely embryo quality and your history.
So I'm 38.
My first ivf, I had one blastocyst put back, but they offered me the option of two. This is because it depends on the grades of the embryos, mine were 2:1 and 2:2. I chose to have 1 put back. Bfn.
Second ivf, two got to day three, again I was offered the option of having both put back, which I did. Bfn.
The third I'm doing, I've already discussed it with CRGW and even though they are devout followers of the single embryo transfer process, they are suggesting 2 given my history of failed implantation.
I'm just wobbling due to the finances. Fact is if I have one put back and it doesn't work, given this is my decided last go with my eggs, I may well kick myself!
And of course it all comes down to transfer day and embryo quality, god willing I have lots of blastocysts to choose from and freeze!
Tough decisions ladies.
pheonix what a mare! Any news?
