Munro , I'm no expert like ladies here, but I too think that it's not all lost yet for this try. I really hope that your AF won't show up and then there will be two beautiful lines on the test. Enjoy your camping trip!

Oh, how nice to read this thread and catch up. munro, fingers crossed. Camping sounds like the perfect thing to get you in the relaxed mood, whether for this time or next time.

I'm officially on day 3, which is the first day of medication for me. I didn't love the idea of sticking myself with needles (who does?) but it was literally painless, which is cheering me up as it looks as if I'll be doing this for a while!

Exciting LRD, yeh the injections are fine aren't they?what ones are you on?
I've just hopefully had my last Menopur injection, just got to wait for the scan in the morning (exciting) only 11hours to go. Off to have a bath then to bed for me

Haha I am driving today so get a bit more stressed about timing because of unpredictable traffic. Here now 15mins early so all good

I know that feeling!I'm parked a few mins down the road at the mo as clinic not open yet. My stomach feels awful today, ibs flaring up! Desperately hoping I don't 💩on them 😱 15-20 mins and I'll know my fate.

Mine were 16mm and 17mm trigger tomorrow night sometime but they will ring me later with a time for Monday iui which should be late morning.
Nurse was so lovely

So I now had a low opk this morning but I've had that previously the day before my peak which I've always thought would be Sat anyway. So thinking things are still on track for Sunday as I predicted! Here's hoping it all doesn't go totally tits up now!

I have 1 16mm, 1 14mm and 2 10mm. I won't gind out till later whether I am good to go. My clinic meets in the afternoon to discuss all patients results from that day so decision will be made then. They might want me back on Monday cause leading follicles are still a bit small. My natural ovulation should be around Wed so will see what they say this afternoon and post an update then

Phoenix , great that you have your cycle mapped down, so today hasn't surprised you much. Fingers crossed for perfect timing. My tww is going painfully slow, I'm only on Day 4. 2 weeks on holidays go like nothing, but the tww...that's something about the relativity of time. But well, almost all ladies here, you've been there.

Ooh, the follicle chat is exciting! I am just figuring out how it all works. pickle, I'm on 37.5 of gonal-f. Then scan next Wednesday, but she said that with my cycle being irregular, I might need to come in a couple of times. But yay for being in the TWW - magical! You'll get through it, you will!

I'm quite looking forward to getting into the tww( or 18days in my case)got to be quicker than the 18months I've waited to get to this point (I hope)

Ooh and forgot to say my lining was 8.5mm so pleased with that.

Iui booked for 1.30pm on Monday which means trigger injection 1.30am sat/Sunday overnight 😴😴😴😴

As for follies talk, I'm a bit bummed I didn't ask the nurse that did my IUI how big it was and how thick was the lining. I was so into the moment of "it's really happening" that I totally forgot to ask. She did say that they both looked excellent, though.

Yep after what seems like 3 million years I finally have a date wahooooo!
She said lining looked good and I said ooh how thick and then how thick does it need to be. I was worried about the size of follicles but she said they are growing nicely and steady so not to worry they will keep regrowing today and tomorrow. Nothing I can do so just need to just enjoy this process

Bear 36hrs is advised at my clinic but others may differ. I'm not googling as I trust they know what they are doing and don't want to get worried about if others do it differently but I think from on here 36hours seems fairly standard.
Yep 1.30am will be tough but I had been expecting it. I usually get up 1-3 times a night for the loo anyway and I'll be so excited. It will all be worth it in the end :)
Have you heard anything back from your clinic yet?

Just had a call and good to go for Monday, I guess they were happy with the growth etc from Wednesday and still another few days to grow. I have to go in at 12 on Monday aaargh it's very real now. Yeah everything I have read says the trigger varies (anything between 12 and 40 hours). I have read a longer time between trigger and iui is better but I have been told to trigger midday on Sunday so like you just trusting what they say and go with it.

No way I'll be able to stay off google for the next few days .

Yeh might depend on the trigger as well, who knows 😬 yes our follies still have time to grow :)

I keep trying to sleep but seems the sleep police are trying to stop me; first I manage to get 10mins sleep before the nurse rang about the appointment, then was having a lovely little nap and someone knocks on the door, not a feking clue who if was (I don't answer the door to strangers unless I'm expecting a parcel) think I will now need to wait until bedtime before try again 😴
