Hello, I'm a single mum (going through divorce) just wondering if there are any others like me out there that just want to chat in the evening after the kids have gone to bed. I feel very lonely.

Loads of kids films I want to see but my DD 5 won't sit and watch in cinema so we have to make do with Netflix. Any recommendations?

Mine love Madagascar and toy story.

Match of the day on the tv and eating chocolate. I bought for my daughter but hay needs must....

Well I had a chocolate disaster!
Got two pieces chocolate out if the fridge. Ate one and can't find the other one anywhere! Only me here too.

Morning frickssake good morning to you too. My 2 are 5&7 youngest fidgets a bit but 7 year old fine. Have fun painting. I've got to tidy up today.

I have a free day...going to go out for a nice long walk. Xx

As the morning wore on I've started to feel head achy and rough. Think I'll summon up the energy for tidying up whilst watching the Sheridon Smith thing on TV.
The get DD school things ready and make lunch for self tomorrow.

I've just got out of bed and I feel like going back to bed as I can't be bothered at all today

That could be the paint. I have to get the stuff that isn't too strong otherwise it makes me feel so sick.

A walk means I put off doing all the things I should be doing in the house! Also wanted to watch cleaning up let us know what it's like. Hope you are all feeling better!

Going for a walk is good for the mind though. I've done a fair bit this last week.

Never got to watch it! Fell asleep! Woke up groggy so had a shower and popped up to a friend's for a cuppa. Still feel rough......

Is anyone doing dry January or are we all T-Total anyway?

I really can't drink anymore. Occasional archers and lemonade when out ( hardly ever these days) and then just the one. I fall asleep! I'm getting old!!!!?

I can relate to that. I bet your not as old as me either.🙂

I'm doing dry January and I'm starting a 5 day detox tomorrow. I think you drink water only or something. I'm going to miss my cup of tea

Split for husband about 9 weeks ago now.
Been through the sadness and the anger. He's living at his mums. Sees the kids once a week.
I've just sorted my finances. I'm staying in the home with the kids.
Finding evenings horrid. Tend to be in bed by 6!
Have decided to decorate to try and fill the nights !

This time of year doesn't help either dark early and cold. Roll on the spring. I hope we can help in some small way to make evenings more enjoyable for you.

Do you go walking by yourself for hours then western?
