Prompted by the repeat showing of their acoustic show on sky, made me watch the DVD which I think was filmed in 1989 or summat, marvelous anyway. Love the Pixies so much, they make me do dancing when drunk, which isn't really a good thing

Listen to zane lowe at 7 on radio 1, he's been playing it all week. He also plays a lot of the bands mentioned on this thread and similar other jangly bands - I was very surprised to find myself retuning the dial to radio 1 believe me!!

Phew that's a relief. Thought i was the only sicko out there .

DH is getting me a digital radio for Chrismtas so will check out this Mr Lowe fella...

it's on radio 1...... you won't need a dig radio...

I know but we only have one radio atm and DH doesn't like anyone to retune it as he likes to listen to the footie on Radio 5.

nice one FMF - they are just brilliant aren't they. His attention to detail is excellent!

There's a link on his myspace to his actual website where there are more as well - including Rolf Harris, Tina Turner, Frank Sinatra, Beach Boys. I just find them hilarious.
