This is absolutely devastating, so many killed and injured in a hospital!

Israeli air strike on hospital kills 28 people in Gaza, civil defence says

They dropped six bombs on the hospital in one go!

Just yesterday one of the hostages was released and I actually felt a glimmer of hope again after a long time that things would improve. Why would they bomb a hospital with six strikes the next day? Is this Netanyahus way of sabotaging the efforts being made to reach a new deal?

He said it out loud and he's following through, he is finishing the job.

Starve them, bomb them or move them out: he doesn't care once he gets the land he wants.

BreezyBertha · 13/05/2025 21:28

Very precise strikes if 6 bombs were dropped in a small area.

How many of the 28 killed were Hamas?

The IDF were going after Mohammed Sinwar, Yayha’s younger brother, who has taken over command of Hamas’s military wing from Mohammed Deif from that article.

Hope they got him.

Where is the outrage that Hamas are continuing to use hospitals for their activities, and hiding like rats the rats they are in them, causing needless civilian casualties.

There are STILL 58 hostages now held for over 19 months, which is absolutely shocking if you think about it, when the whole world is watching and wading in.

Hamas still controls Gaza.

Why, oh why, haven’t they surrendered yet?

Netanyahu has been clear from the start that Hamas must be dismantled/eliminated and ALL the hostages returned.

HTHs.

Yes he is a psychopath. Totally lost his mind now, if he or anyone else gave a shit about the hostages like they claim they do then they would be advocating for diplomatic channels that will most likely see them released. Not bombs that has a great chance of killing them.

Like the Hamas were in the ambulances until the video evidence was shown.

Like the fake videos Israel have mocked up of control centres under hospitals.

Like the staged video of the nurse pretending Hamas were in the hospital .

What about the decomposed babies that were found in incubators still hooked up to monitors in Al Nasr hospital because the IDF evacuated the hospital.

I'd say we can extend the phrase "rats " to another group.

BreezyBertha · 13/05/2025 21:42

Just about every other government says ‘we don’t negotiate with terrorists’ but Israel are expected to, although the negotiations were probably only a tool
to get as many hostages back as possible. I don’t know how many other governments would.

Whatsinanamehey · 13/05/2025 21:43

All decent governments would.

Macron has finally said the EU should look at sanctioning Israel over Israel's starvation policy on Gaza.

Freaking out about Trump and his gift of an aeroplane from Qatar. Plus the last American hostage has been freed now.
Protests in his own country with his handling of the hostages. His own trial.
International condemnation from governments is growing. Abu Dhabi refusing to pay to hand out aid.

Cornered dogs are dangerous.

Cornered dogs are dangerous indeed. I notice the released hostage thanked Trump and not Netanyahu, his family also made several remarks how scared he was whenever he would hear and feel the IDF strikes in Gaza.

It looks like we went from "Israel would NEVER bomb a hospital!" to "Israel bombed a hospital and it's ok, because I think Hamas might have been there". 😬

Sorry no way no half decent, if any, doctor or nurse would totally abandon babies in incubators to an enemy force. Especially in an evacuation. Story never added up, especially how they were ‘found’ and I prefer to use logic rather than blindly believe propaganda.

The faked/staged videos were all from Gaza I thought. They are known for it - even has a name Pallywood. It’s gob smacking and abhorrent how children are used in that way, and you’d wonder why it was necessary if there was so much real death and destruction all around them.

Could you link to these faked/staged videos by Israel?

Look @10UsernamesNotAvailableTryAnotherOne the argument has moved on now it's the doctors and nurses fault that they didnt save the tiny patients while the IDF evacuated the hospital (because we know they would never shoot medics)

That's the big worry with Netanyahu and his supporters. Israel has undeclared Nuclear Weapons originally made from stolen American uranium.

Now that the pretence of adhering to International Law is over and with his governments naked sadism the whole world is in danger, especially with their "Samson Option" policy.

Infants found dead and decomposing in evacuated Gaza ICU. Here’s what we know | CNN

The scene inside the Al-Nasr hospital ICU ward is chilling. The tiny bodies of babies, several still attached to wires and tubes that were meant to keep them alive, decomposing in their hospital beds.

Not good at all.

Especially with the absolute head cases that are propping up this government and he needs to stay in power.

Risk of being shot or not, no medics I know (and I know many) would abandon babies in incubators to the enemy in a war.
