Israel has been found to be committing genocide in Gaza by legal teams from the UN, Amnesty and Human Rights Watch. Israel has deliberately attacked MSF ambulances and clinics and the World Central Kitchen killing overseas volunteers including a British army vet.
See Amnesty video explaining below

Jewish-American Dr. Mark Perlmutter on what he saw in Gaza and why he believes it's deliberate genocide (warning - heart breaking)

On average one child is being killed every 45minutes. Over 100 were killed 18th and 19th March alone. There has been a total blockade preventing entry of food or medicine since the start of March.

Israel is an apartheid state according to the ICJ, UN, B'Tselem, Yesh Din, Amnesty, Human Rights Watch.

The British government is supporting Israel in this genocide with military recon flights and arms. Our government did not stop supporting White Apartheid South Africa until it was forced to by British people's outrage, and by the global boycott. It is time to do the same again to show that we do not accept genocide and that we really do stand by the values of international humanitarian law.

Dr Mark Perlmutter describes finding ‘distinct signs of genocide’ in Gaza

It may have been discussed at length on previous threads but as you started this thread, I'm interested in your opinion?

Did I? I think you need to go back to page one and read it again. This isn't my thread....

Freysimo · 04/04/2025 07:56

Apologies, you of course didn't start the thread, but I'd still be interested in your opinion as to what Hamas thought would happen after the October 7 attack.

Letmecallyouback · 04/04/2025 08:30

Ok,so it wasn’t me who started the thread but It also wasn't me you asked that question to in the first place, so why are you ‘still’ interested in my opinion? I just replied that it had been already widely discussed on the previous thread because it has. You’re not making sense?

It doesn’t matter what they thought, they are a terrorist group. Israel is an autonomous government that has sat down and made the decision to carpet bomb a population and shoot little children in their heads and limbs. Many within the Israeli government

Everyone on this thread is in agreement that Hamas committed an atrocity, what the genocide apologists don’t seem to understand is that you cannot murder kids because someone of the same ethnicity as them committed an atrocity.

Most countries have had their terrorist groups - there are sociopaths of every ethnicity and origin, what doesn’t happen anywhere else is using the actions of a terrorist group to justify a country’s army killing tens of thousands of children. You mention October 7th and people can quote pretty damning figures of Palestinian children’s deaths and women’s rapes at the hands of the IDF and settlers going back decades, generations of trauma after trauma. Nothing gives people the right to murder innocent people. Hamas were wrong, Israel is wrong. The difference is one is an elected government with billions of tech and weapons behind it behaving like a terrorist group.

HellsBalls · 05/04/2025 12:53

Hamas quietly drops thousands of casualties from figures. Previous claims that 70% of casualties were women and children is ‘nonsense’.

@hellsballs have a read

Gabriel Epstein, a research assistant at US thinktank The Washington Institute for Near East Policy, said there's no reason to think the errors are the result of deliberate manipulation intended to inflate the share of women and children among the dead.
"If 90% of the removed entries were men aged 18-40, that would look like manipulation," he said. "But it doesn’t look like that."

Hundreds of names removed from official Gaza war death list

The names have been removed pending further investigation, Gaza's health ministry says. Experts tell Sky News there is no sign of deliberate manipulation.

It’s all so sickening.
Hamas need to put a stop to it all right now - return the hostages.

Just disgusting that they built their tunnels under schools and hospitals. They care nothing for the lives of the vulnerable Palestinian people and children of Gaza.

Mopsy567 · 20/05/2025 21:06

Who on earth has voted YABU? The fact that a genocide is taking place is accepted by almost everyone now. I can only expect these voters are from Israel.

What is happening in Gaza is utterly horrific, a failure of global politics and a stain on humanity. I hope the perpetrators rot in hell forever.

Utter nonsense.

The hostages families are saying Netanyahu has prolonged the war deliberately to gain land. Israel broke the ceasefire where hostages were being returned. Even some members of the Israeli military have questioned Netanyahu.

This is a blatant land grab and ethnic cleansing. It was never about the hostages.

How ANYONE is willing to try and justify what Israel is doing is beyond comprehension. We are seeing a genocide in real time, and people on this thread feel that it is in any way reasonable!? Would you still defend it to the mothers of the thousands of children who are starving right now because their food has been taken away by the Government of Israel?

ohfourfoxache · 21/05/2025 18:24

Wow, that FAQ source looks completely legit and not at all biased….

It’s not a genocide. Israel is targeting Hamas.

Wake up and listen- they’ve stated genocidal intent and continue to do so

If you manage to kill 50,000 civilians, I’d say that’s not very targeted. Whatever you feel comfortable calling it, it is, factually, the murder of tens of thousands of innocent people.

The whole thing is horrific. Absolutely horrific. Now I'm hiding the thread because I can't bear to read the psychos trying to justify mass slaughter.

I agree with you. How anyone can justify these murders is beyond me!

cindyhove · 21/05/2025 19:20

It’s awful BUT israel is not specifically and deliberately targeting children

Who do they imagine they’re hitting when they unleash missile after missile after missile? They have destroyed every last hospital, where do they think the starving and ill children are going for help?
There are no excuses left.
