My own British government has been engaging in plenty of shit where I've just felt compelled to loudly say "yeah, no, I'm noping the fuck out of this shit!" - and every single time there were plenty more who fully agreed but just didn't feel as strongly a need to vocally and publicly oppose it!

And, please, please, please!!! This is not about British Jews but about people who endorse (or tacitly support - looking at you, Rishi Sunak & Keir Starmer!!!) the inexcusable atrocity that is Gaza, 2024.

Israel continues to insist that it has no responsibility concerning the desperate lack of humanitarian aid going to Palestinians despite the UN and many others showing evidence to the contrary.

The idea that Israel is blocking aid is “simply a lie”, said Israeli government spokesman Eylon Levy on X. “There is no limit to the amount of food, water, medicine, or shelter equipment that can enter via Israel. There is EXCESS CAPACITY at Israel’s crossings for more to enter.”

A terrible situation. If only Hamas had not invaded and DELIBERATELY murdered and raped people. If they had not chopped heads off of innocent Israeli citizens those poor innocent Palestinians would not be victims to collateral damage.

A CNN investigation has found that Israel is obstructing the entrance of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip, as some parts of the territory faces famine.

Interviewing more than two dozen humanitarian and government officials, the report says that Israel has imposed “arbitrary and contradictory criteria” regarding access to vital aid.

The items most frequently rejected by the Israelis include anesthetics and anesthesia machines, oxygen cylinders, ventilators and water filtration systems. Other products such as dates, sleeping bags, medicines to treat cancer, water purification tablets and maternity kits have also been denied entry.

According to Janti Soeripto, the US president and chief executive of Save the Children who was interviewed by CNN, she has “never seen anything like the level of barriers being put in place to hamper humanitarian assistance”.

The state of Israel purports to be the state for all the Jewish people. Any Jew, from anywhere, has a right to become a citizen there. Of course, this doesn't mean that all Jews are on board with this state or it's actions (and many are not). However, the Israeli government and Zionist sympathisers contribute to this misconception every time they label criticism of Israel as anti-Semitism.

Looks like a ceasefire might be coming in the next couple of days, but if that doesn’t happen I can’t see any other way.
