@Efacsen and @EasterIssland thank you. I would not post anything that wasn't correct.

You still struggling not to be anti-Semitic eh?

SpiderPlantBaby · 15/04/2024 20:22

@Pinkdressinggownbelt what do you mean by the " bibles chosen ones "? Please explain so I can understand the point you're trying to make.

"I would not post anything that wasn't correct."

OK so let's look at your earlier post"

"doctors have discovered a mass grave in the courtyard of Al Shifa hospital"

Now lets look at the comment by Mahmoud Basal spokesperson of the Hamas run Gaza Civil Defense spokesperson :

At least 381 bodies were recovered from the vicinity of the complex since Israeli forces withdrew on April 1, Gaza Civil Defense spokesperson Mahmoud Basal said on Tuesday, adding that the total figure did not include people buried within the grounds of the hospital.

So whilst I have no doubt after all the death and destruction in Gaza that there are bodies buried in the rubble all across Gaza (although most unlike those in the video are not in burial shrouds). This is not in the courtyard of the hospital ie within the grounds of the hospital.

I equally have no doubt that there this is a mass grave in the courtyard of the Al Shifa hospital after doctors had no choice but to bury bodies there after the hospital was surrounded by Israeli forces last year.

Efacsen · 15/04/2024 20:43

@1dayatatime not interested in your long-winded tedious self-justification

You made a mistake and aren't able to admit your error - or apologise to the poster you insulted

Molymoly · 15/04/2024 21:02

@1dayatatime

From Aljazeera's new's page:

  • Palestinian doctors tell Al Jazeera they have discovered another mass grave in the vicinity of Gaza City’s al-Shifa Hospital, recently besieged by Israeli soldiers, with nine bodies believed to be those of patients found so far.

Also doctors shouldn't have had no choice but to bury bodies in the grounds of the hospital, they should have been allowed a proper grave.

KestrelMoon · 15/04/2024 22:11

Al Shifa hospital has/had more than one courtyard. There was the big entrance courtyard where displaced people were sheltering, and two other medium sized courtyards with more people sheltering. The mass grave dug in November was a smaller courtyard to the rear of the complex, near the morgue and outpatient building, away from the larger courtyards.

This is the reality of what Israel is doing (part 2)

@Molymoly

I have I doubt that with the death toll in Gaza that there are numerous mass graves across Gaza including those who died at Al Shifa hospital.

I equally agree that doctors shouldn't be burying dead patients in the hospital courtyard but the reality is that there was and is a war going on and it would have been too dangerous for the doctors to bury them elsewhere.

It’s hard to explain if you haven’t read the Bible It features Israel a lot

You're the one who admitted to having antisemitic feelings.

And I have no idea what the bloody hands comment is referring to.

In the past hour an Israeli drone fired a missile into a group of children in a playground. 11 children have been killed with more injured.

Colonel Lawrence Wilkinson, he is a firebrand and rightly angry. He worked for Colin Powell when some of those "lies" led to American intervention in Iraq.

And an anti-Semite apparently, like the account that posted that.

I would lean towards it being true. The Palestinians that join Twitter spaces have spoken about it over the last few days.

Tripper79 · 17/04/2024 15:22

I too hope it isn’t true, but from evidence we’ve seen of innocent Palestinians being purposely targeted, it seems that the IDF are completely capable of this. Another example is this boy’s testimony of being rounded up by the IDF and then after being supposedly released to go free, they started shooting at them, killing his dad and injuring him. Just horrific, that poor child!

My father was in the military and spent more than a year out in Bosnia, amongst other tours. His opinion is that, from the footage coming out of Gaza, this is similar if not worse, in the level of atrocities being committed. That war was horrific with similar indiscriminate attacks on civilians and aid convoys.

Veteran journalist, Peter Maass, who covered the Bosnian conflict and ethnic cleansing, has also said that what seems to be unfolding in Gaza is even worse than what he saw in Bosnia.

I struggle to understand how someone can truly believe that civilians are not being purposely targeted in all of this, despite the masses of evidence pointing to the contrary.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/interactive/2024/hind-rajab-israel-gaza-killing-timeline/

Palestinian paramedics said Israel gave them safe passage to save a 6-year-old girl in Gaza. They were all killed.

In a statement, the Israel Defense Forces said they conducted a preliminary investigation and that its forces were “not present near the vehicle or within the firing range” of the Hamada family car.

A Washington Post investigation found that Israeli armored vehicles were present in the area in the afternoon, and that gunfire was audible as Hind and her cousin Layan begged for help, as well as extensive damage caused to the ambulance, are consistent with Israeli weapons.

This is exactly why Israel are banning independent journalists because they find the truth to their lies. Banning journalists should always be a red flag

This is so so sad 💔 this war has been horrific but it's things like this that often get overlooked, why oh why is a fertility clinic being bombed?

The report is from sky
A single Israeli shell destroyed more than 4,000 embryos when it struck Gaza's largest fertility clinic in December, it has emerged,
The explosion blasted the lids off five liquid nitrogen tanks at Gaza City's Al Basma IVF centre, causing to evaporate the -180C liquid holding the embryos and 1,000 more specimens of sperm and unfertilized eggs.
"We know deeply what these 5,000 lives, or potential lives, meant for the parents, either for the future or for the past," said Bahaeldeen Ghalayini, 73, the Cambridge-trained obstetrician and gynaecologist who established the clinic in 1997.
At least half of the couples can no longer produce sperm or eggs to make viable embryos, he said.
"My heart is divided into a million pieces."
