Some more in depth coverage of what happened to the four little babies in the NICU in Nasr Hospital and how they were left to die alone with nobody looking after them.

This is one of the most gruesome things I've ever heard and to be honest for the first day or so I didn't think it could be true. I didn't think even Israel could be this barbaric (though these aren't the first premature NICU babies they've killed in this conflict so I should probably not be so naive).

I can't understand how they can do this. And still they're supported by the UK and US.

Will this story appear on the televised news anywhere? I haven't seen it.

Warning: the descriptions in the article of the condition the bodies were found in are graphic.

How many armies do you suppose even give that warning? The British army doesn't give cilivians warning before they bomb a settlement, they just bomb it and treat civilian deaths as "collateral damage" and yet we hold them to be "moral".
UNICEF includes contries like Iran, Turkey and Saudi Arabia: states with atcrocious human rights records themselves. They're hardly a reliable and objective source.

It’s against international law to not attempt to protect civilian lives. This means all countries should be held to the same standards. The british forces certainly committed war crimes in Iraq. If they indiscriminately killing civilians elsewhere right now they should certainly be condemned for it. Just as Israel should be condemned for it’s use of indiscriminate weapons and collective punishment of Gazans.

Let’s not forget that experts are saying this war is one of the most destructive and fatal of this century. And that Gaza is the most dangerous place in the world to be a child right now.

Personal attacks are frowned upon on Mumsnet. Trying to smear myself and other posters is doing yourself no favours.

The fact that a US spokesperson confirmed it as per a previous poster indicates that there was evidence/intelligence that it occurred (aka that the USA was not willing to support the IDFs version of events and be embarrassed when it turns out that the IDF lied, again, see the 40 beheaded babies story which Biden mindlessly repeated).

The fact that American papers that are staunchly pro Israeli also printed the story indicates that they had the go ahead from the Biden administration and also that other western publications likely had the story ready to go too.
