Thanks bunny and zippy- I think I will cool them down a bit, luckily my dp hates baths and has cold showers!(from his rugby days ithink, very odd!) and hello bellamy! I don't think I've met you yet! Will the new thread still be frolickers? Everyones so lovely on this thread, I'm really glad I've stumbled across it.
Good luck everyone who's testing this weekend, hope you all get your bfp's!

MrsWajs · 11/03/2010 16:13

Frolicking and frolicking and frolicking and STILL frolicking??

Dinkytinky any symptoms yet? I have none Next weekend DOES seem a long time away am contemplating avoiding here until nearer the time as it's all I can think about but then again even after one short week I think I'd miss it!

Back on nightshift tonight so will be back to posting at abnormal hours so if I miss the end of this thread and the start of the new one will someone let me know where you are!!?? Thanks

And good luck to everyone testing this weekend, fingers crossed for you all!!x

haloflo · 11/03/2010 17:30

I think this thread may run out of space before bunny tests so maybe she should start the next one as well so she does get her BPF!

I've decided this isn't my month. Not one sympton today!

Also if you aren't testing sunday luckyseven I'm going to try and save my tests. I reckon I'll wait to see if i'm late now.

I'm just going to amend my days as my phone tells me i'm CD 25 but the list says 24. Hope I do this right!

Ooo, it's getting exciting bunny and zippys - obviously I will be very supportive and will not incessantly chant TEST TEST TEST. Honest!

As for AF arriving, bellaby, I like the idea of conception-aiding-rewards. I already want a CB monitor thing but would definitely become the world's most ridiculously bonkers baby lady...

Stick with us, seablue, we'll need to hear just how delightful your special, er, pill was...

I second the title "The First Time Frolickers Ride Again" but would suggest adding some repetition:
The First Time Frolickers Ride Again (and again... and again...)

Obviously still nothing from me, but at least I have you lovely girls through whom I can live vicariously.

MrsWajs · 11/03/2010 18:06

I have a question - how many DPO would you expect to have implantation cramping if you were to get it?? I am having a weird crampy feeling kinda like if AF were starting but technically she's still (hopefully or not) a week away, so just wondered??

Dinkytinky · 11/03/2010 18:40

Mrs wajs-practically nothing! I had some major heartburn earlier but I'm not going to count that as I had a pretty nasty oesophagul ulcer last year haha! I had some Niggles down below (tmi sorry!) last week but nothing at all this week. I would be very suprised if I get a bfp this month!here's hoping though. Sorry to hear about nightshifts,I used to do them and it's the strangest feelings trying to get used to them after being on days isn't it? Hope you're all ok xxx

Bellaby · 11/03/2010 19:02

Pixie - don't dash our hopes for more generous bosoms post BFPs!

Thanks for the hello DinkyTinky - not sure about my name change though - people might think I am married to Craig Bellamy

So I rushed out today to get my Clearblue OV test thing. Got it home only to realise it didn't come with the test sticks or the batteries... so I rushed out again to get both only to get home and realise I had the wrong size batteries... aaaagh. Should be ok though as according to the instructions I shouldn't switch it on until the morning so hopefully DH will bring some home for me.

Off for a curry this evening and a couple of glasses of wine now that I'm in NWL!

Very excited about the new thread - Bunny will need to get a move on - we'll be full by the weekend!

Have a lovely evening

luckyseven · 11/03/2010 19:31

Bellaby - i am willing to give you a couple of handfuls of my bosoms as i dread to think how gi-normous they would become if I ever get pg!

Haloflo - i think i won't test on sunday either and just wait and see. I am concerned i can't count i think i may have miscalculated and not be due on Monday but Tuesday.

Main reason not to test is we are seeing both sets of parents on Sunday and don't want to be upset especially as my ttc paranoia makes me feel like the 'rents are waiting for an announcement every time they see us, you know, because we have been married for two whole years!

Dinkytinky · 11/03/2010 19:31

Mrs wajs- I think implantation happens around 7 days after ov, ooh fingers crossed for you!

Bellaby -argh sorry about that, Im on my iPhone and it CONSTANTLY auto corrects things, drives me mad, unless you are craig bellamy and I've blown your cover! I hate when thing don't include batteries etc, I've got no ideawhy you can't get them together?! Let me know how you get on with them please- I'm using an ovulation app at the mo.x

chancewouldbeafinething · 11/03/2010 20:03

Hello Crazy Baby Ladies!

It has been a while and there are many more of you - hello to all newbies

Just dropping in to see if anyone thinking of testing - Bunny & Zippy I am waiting with baited breath!

Also i know some of the other grads have said there were no changes on the boob front - i confess i have already changed bras, and i am in so much pain sometimes it unbelievable! But that started a few weeks into things. My first sign was really the sense of smell, and feeling hung over....anyone feeling hung over with out the party the night before?

good luck to all xxxx

bunnygirl80 · 11/03/2010 20:25

Well ladies, there are only 15 posts left on this thread so in order to put all of you out of your misery before we have to start a new one I did my duty and POASd

and.................................................................................... .....

BFP

Used a supermarket cheapie and line is fainter than control but it came up in seconds and I could see it in the bathroom in the dark so it's definitely there. Will by a digi later when the shops are open for proper confirmation

I haven't told DH yet as he left for work while I was peeing - didn't tell him I was testing. Don't want to tell him on the phone so will have to wait for him to come home - and he's going out straight after work and so will probably be late home and drunk. I hope he's not so drunk he doesn't remember I've told him

I'm sure you're all interested in symptoms so you can add them to your list of things to spot. SO far there is very little to report, all I have is a triphasic temp chart, no AF, boobs so sore that I can only wear a non wired sports bra (looks like whiteroses and pixie were lucky in that respect) and cramps like AF should come any minute, which is why I put off testing for so long.

So it looks like the thread starting theory works so I fully hope to see a full on catfight to start the new one

Sorry this post is all about me, I'm not really thinking straight at the momnet so will check back in later when I have something useful to say to you all

Congrats! ..rushes to go make the next thread.... Only joking! V pleased for you! So glad u tested today!

bunnygirl80 · 11/03/2010 20:31

Actually, I do have two other symptoms I'd completely forgotten about (must be pg brain already!) - a total aversion to alcohol and suddenly liking green veg.

As soon as I got my temp spike I became completely unable to stand the taste of wine Even though my brain was saying that a small glass would be nice with dinner as soon as it crossed my lips it tasted disgusting - and this was wine I usually love

I've never liked green veg like broccoli and spinach and then the other day I bought loads in the supermarket, put it in my dinner and loved it!

OP posts:
Lipstie · 11/03/2010 20:35

Hi ladies! It has been a while since I have been on here but as my DH pointed out to me I was getting a little obsessed with ttc. So I have taken a step back and realised my monthly cycle is so messed up, homones over the place that I have so do as he suggested and chill out! I am on cycle 8 now which I know is not a huge time ttc but realise I have to be realistic that it is not going to happen any time soon. In a way I do feel relieved that I have taken the pressure off myself and have got back into horse riding again which I know may hindrance but can't sit around waiting for it to happen any more!

Blimey, appears that has also been playing on my mind and feels great being able to write everything to confirm it all! I really do hope I can join you all one day and with a BFP but realistically with my hormones and cycles will have fingers and toes crossed for all of you!

Sorry for the essay but hope it came across in the correct manner. I still want to be able come on here and as soon as af shows up this month will have to count the days again, ready for cycle 9 or is that obsessing again??!!

Ariesgirl · 11/03/2010 20:49

Oh Bunny Fab news!

Don't desert the thread though....

YorkshireTeaDrinker · 11/03/2010 21:04

Just been catching up with past few days action. Bunny that is such great news, I am thrilled for you!!

Just to add to the symptom debate. I have had very sore boobs for about two weeks now. And they are slightly larger than normal. Also have cramps and backache that is exactly the same as pre AF symptoms. For the past couple of days I have started waking up feeling nauseous, hoping its not a precursor to full on morning sickness. However, I'm sort of enjoying all my symptoms, cos at least that means I'm still pregnant!

Good luck to everyone else either SWI or coming up to testing. Hopefully it won't be long till the next BFP (zippys...?)

kurlyvoice · 11/03/2010 21:17

Bunny! Woohooooo!

You must be bursting to tell DH!

Congratulations!

claireinthecommunity · 11/03/2010 21:17

Such fab news Bunny!!, congratulations

mumnerves · 11/03/2010 21:20

OOOOOHH!!! bunny I'm so pleased for you! Was it you who was going for the wedding and hoping to get your BFP this cycle??!

Zippys hope the sickness has gone.

Whiteroses second trimester??!! Where has the time gone??!! Hope you start blooming soon and pleased the 1st trimester went smoothly for you

felicityflick no you're not the only crazy one on here I didn't take my temp on holiday on purpose as TTC was driving me mental but then I was fretting on holiday wondering if my temp had gone up or down

Bellaby sorry AF has turned up, but at least you know where you are??! I'd count from today as it was mainly flowing today? Enjoy your curry and glass of wine, just a word of warning if you're like me and not drunk much in the last few months, a large glass got me very pissed!

lipstie welcome back

Good luck to luckyseven , haloflo, zippy for when you decide to poas

I'm not starting a new thread as with our tests etc I think we'll be ttc for a while yet. Today DH came home and said 'someone else in work got pregnant' It was quite sweet cos he sounded so disappointed.

Nothing much else to report but we're going to start SWI soon. The thought of the tests has put my mind at ease and actually brought my expectations down so I'm not actually stressing about ovulation etc atm and just going to wait and see

Have a nice evening all!

Hermya321 · 11/03/2010 21:21

Congratulations Bunny!! How is everyone else round these parts?

CaveMum · 11/03/2010 22:03
