AF definitely not starting today as expected, LH still absent. Either I ovulated super early (EWCM at CD6!), it’s going to happen super late, or it’s not going to happen at all this cycle. No dramas after previous MC, and first AF after this one was bang on time despite the HPTs being positive for so long.
Still in analysis paralysis over next steps, and it’s affecting my ability to make decisions and get things done at work as well. Not enough room in my brain.

Still on LH, and AF is due in 10 days. In better news, the lab results from my miscarriage are back so the Dr is talking me through them on Monday, then I have a call with the clinic on Wednesday to discuss next steps. Hopefully they show something ‘fixable’ otherwise I’m a bit stuck again

@Sunbird24 it’s a big thing for your body to process, I’m sure AF will turn up soon and as you say might just be hormones meaning you haven’t ovulated yet this month.
I hope the news from the lab is positive, will be thinking of you

Well today is crap. AF has turned up a week early so I have less time to decide about my next attempt. And the lab results basically say “yup, that’s products of conception”. All they did was look at it under a microscope! Really not terribly useful, and after all the trauma I had to go through for the gynae to get it while I was haemorrhaging it just doesn’t feel worth it.

Can I join? Nine months into TTC for first baby.
I am using clear blue OPK this month, but sadly haven't had a flashing smiley yet. This is unusual as in previous months I would already be on static by now at CD15. Has anyone ever had this before?

I’ve not tried the clearblue ones, but this is the first month I’ve not had an LH peak on my cheapies and I think it’s got to be the covid vaccine that’s done it for me. Could it be that for you too?

I had my second vaccine in March so I don't think so. Who knew getting pregnant was this difficult?!

I got some news yesterday that my follow up appointment is on the 7th so really hope we get sent for IVF ☺️

@Kipkay35 welcome! Hmm no mine were always fine but I do know that sometimes you can have months where you surge late because the first gearing up of the ovaries didn’t work so maybe it’s that?

@Kipkay35 hopefully next cycle is back to normal whatever caused it!
@LS2020 I had a call with the consultant this morning and I’m going to take another month for things to settle down and then go for another frozen transfer in July. 2 embryos, progesterone to support and low dose aspirin. He accepted my opinion that defrosting, taking cells to test, refreezing and then defrosting again to transfer was a lot of messing about.
How are you feeling about your appointment? Are they likely to suggest trying IUI first or going straight to IVF?

@Sunbird24 glad they’ve agreed to the way you want to progress and hope this round brings you some more luck. Will this be your second round of 2?

Mostly just excited for it now. Im definitely being a bit naive and acting like getting IVF done will be the solving of all our problems TTC but think I have to try and be optimistic as much as possible. When I have my Hycosy they said he can recommend IVF for us so tbh I don’t know what they’ll say as he wasn’t my normal consultant. I just really hope I don’t get put on clomid or anything as all my hormones have been fine. When I had my Hycosy they even showed me the follicle I ovulated from so it’s obviously not the issue for us

In terms of TTC I'm still not taking an active approach - I was getting pretty depressed working so hard for nothing! So just going with the flow now, enjoying my wine, seeing what happens. I feel a bit guilty that I would have had a healthier pregnancy had it happened last year or the year before but truth is that it may never happen for me and I am tired of putting my life on hold for a possibility!

That being said I started a new job (a much better one) a couple of months ago having stuck out my last awful job just for the maternity benefits.

@Sunbird24 that is so unbelievably frustrating for you - I thought they checked things like chromosomes during testing or something more than "yep that was a pregnancy"! I'm so hoping your next cycle is successful.

@Kipkay35 welcome! I've been rewatching Friends recently and have decided that Rachel's pregnancy couldn't possibly happen in real life considering how much unprotected sex I've had without even a hint of success!

I've been so absent girls but it's been really good for my mental health 😌
I've basically just started living my life like before we actively started TTC...to be honest I've probably been living it up a bit more than before ha!
...had a bit of spotting yesterday CD19 and light cramping but I've suspected a wee minor uti is the cause so I'm not reading too much into it...
...or I wasn't, until my wish bracelet (with a little rainbow charm) broke ten minutes after the bleed 😂😂😂 jokes aside, I've gotten the POAS addiction right under control now too so I won't break until around CD28/29

I’m so glad you’re feeling happier about the process and yes I agree, having done everything bar hang upside down like a bat TTC, I honestly don’t believe a word of anything that means it’s “more likely” to happen.

I thought I was doing well losing weight, been going about 5 weeks. my brother had borrowed my scales and even my best friend commented on how much skinnier I looked.. got the scales back and not moved a pound!!!

There’s definitely something said for stress and it’s crossed my mind on moving jobs but given where I am in my career, any job will be stressful for me so just trying to crack on. My
plan when I have IVF is so try book a week off work if I can to hopefully help things along 🤞🏻

@mrswilso omg what a weird coincidence with your bracelet! And also I have a UTI every other month and never had a bleed… just sayin! Though I think I had an ovulation bleed this month which was odd. My RHR is boring for 5DPO though so I’m over this cycle already 😂 my next appointment is Monday so I’m more excited for that!!

My LH peak has popped up this morning out of the blue, so looks like my cycle is recovering from the jab and next month should be a go!

No update from me. 8dpo and nothing. No RHR increase and no normal sore boobs so think Ive not ovulated this cycle. Do have my hospital call Monday and out for drinks Saturday so hope will keep me tied over!!
