Couldn't stand a Fred with only a couple of posts left so I filled it up!

Here is the 13th installation of the Just Shagging saga. If you're a bit lazy relaxed in your approach to getting upduffed, come over here for a natter!

Fred rules;

1. Thou shalt shag as much as humanly possible in order to get upduffed.
2. Thou shalt not partake of OPKs, temping, or charting.
3. Thou shalt keep symptom spotting to a minimum.
4. Thou shalt share and with your fredmates where needed.

JSing lingo;

ERTD = Evil Red Tide of Dooooooommmmmmm. Or AF to most others.

Pant snot = Egg white cervical mucus.

Doing a kitten = Getting upduffed soon after joining (warning: may induce in other posters).

Viroid = This is you, dear poster. This is from the first JS thread when someone tried to type 'ladies' and it autocorrected to 'Viroids' - so there you go!

POAS = Pee On A Stick (of the pregnancy detecting kind, not from a tree). Also known as PIAR (Pee In A Ramekin - cos we're posh birds innit). Or PIATLH (Tea light holder) PIAWG (Wine glass) or anything else you care to pee in!

Shagging like something = JSing like a teenage nymphomaniac.

Giving a hooya = Giving a much needed slap to a fellow poster in danger of slipping into ttc obsession.

Contraband = Of COURSE none of us EVER partake of any silly opk's or temp charting. They are Contraband

Hahaha loving the drama frogchops if it's any consolation I have been wondering (TMI alert!) why my left nipple is very sore...and only my left nipple!

I am thinking that I am going to try and not think about the baby stuff now...only because I really need to get healthy and lose weight (again!) especially as I go away in two months time and want to look better when we go away! Plus hoping the being healthy helps with the baby making stuff.

Just need to not be obsessed think about the baby stuff!

Am I correct in my reading that we've gained a unicorn, an assortment of capes and 4 BFPs this month? Wow wee, it's only the second week of January!

The only cape I'm donning at the moment is an invisibility cape as I've banned myself from MN until the 18th.

Yesterday's hopeful symptoms have transpired to be a stomach upset which has left me knackered with a very sore core from retching and straining the muscles. Even DP, who has been playing it cool for the sake of my sanity, said he was disappointed it wasn't preggo symptoms.

Spent this evening watching last night's Got to Dance as Ashley Banjo always cheers me up. Then my cousin posted a YouTube link to Tom from McFly's wedding speech....DP has a lot to live up to now I've seen that!

I think I need a hooya ladies. Am doing the symptom spotting thing! Boobs are feeling sore and heavy - usually get this a few days before AF is due...but that isn't until the 17th or around then.

So anyway as I mentioned before among my garbled bollocks ramblings, I have broken out into huge vile spots on my face, most unattractive! So being as I haven't had them since I was a teenager, many moons ago, I don't have 'spot zapping potions'.
So I read that toothpaste is meant to be good for killing them and splurged it on. Our toothpaste is 'max white with gel crystals' apparently so not only am I in bed with friggin toothpaste on my head, but glittery shitting decay fighting balls about to slide into my eye. So there.... Think of me won't u while u don ur shag capes!!

PMT symptoms have hit with a vengeance this morning. Sore, twingy boobs, bloated and very moody. AF isn't due till Thursday so there's still hope I guess, but I'm not to optimistic. :(

frogchops I've also heard that toothpaste works on spots - but even if it doesn't at least you'll be more minty fresh than you've ever been before - its win/win really...!

I use toothpaste on spots when I remember and it works a treat, something in it dries them out

I even managed to look stupid aaand don the cape! Now that's multi tasking!!

Hi Andie I probably will wait til the 19th...or beyond, before I test. I'd rather wait for AF than get a BFN and I hate wasting the money so I don't test early any more.

Now, I am only about 4DPO so it is way too early for any symptoms isn't it? Tell me I'm just imagining things. I feel emotional, teary and 'flat', today, I woke up feeling like it and I just can't shake it off. It is very out if character for me. If I wasn't TTC I would say AF was on it's way early.

Maybe I'm just tired and I'll feel better after an early night.

So it's Andie, Bear and Elektra waiting until the end if next week with me? Anyone else?

I'm tempted to wait melody....but I don't think I'll make it!! Friday for me I think. And if its bfn ill feel sliiightly better that I could test again a day or two later.

How wrong is it that I am tempted to test now?!

I was telling a colleague about the nausea/hungry feeling (been nauseous all day, then weak from not eating, when I ate my lunch it was like I was staving and wolfed down my lunch! Now back to feeling nauseous) she reckons it's all pregnancy related...obviously am also a bit paranoid about the heavy/sore boobs etc too.

what's worse is that I know I have the cheaper pg tests from Amazon now too...

Ooh I'm so tempted now too elektra! I wasn't even thinking about it at 3,4,5 dpo but now I am. I'm 8 I think today and itching!! I think it's because in home alone and pretty fed up. I might be ok tomorrow as I'm at work. DP goes out on tue and wed nites so they will be a massive test for me

Oh poor you Bearface the weekend after Christmas I couldn't stop itching - just on my legs and it was driving me crazy, I have no idea what it was as it stopped on the Sunday. Weird

Frogchops, I'm not due on until the 17th (according to my app) but I reckon my due date is around the 20th, I will have to be really good and not start testing around then!

I absolutely did not POAS today, defiantly didn't waste one of my 2pk that were supposed to wait till Fri, no way I'd pee as soon as I got home from asda (not even fmu! ) nope no way I'd be silly enough for that! just did it because it's cd28 but pretty sure I'm only 10dpo max! bfn unsurprisingly! I promise I'll keep the other one till Fri (defiantly won't go get 2 more on Thursday!)

Thanks Elekrtra. Hate my skin - it drives me mad. Sometimes it can just be central heating and cold weather drying the skin out. DH always gets a rash across his chest from taking the Christmas tree outside. Every year it happens. Goodness knows what kind of child we would have - too sensitive for anything it would seem judging by us!

Bear my hubby had really bad eczema as a child (still sensitive now, esp when gardening!) and had other allergies, our DD's both have none!

I need to do a vote.... At 11dpo do you think it's too early to test?? Am due af on 14th...is 11th too early. Be honest, I won't be grumpy if anyone says yes!
I think by continually talking about it...it's actually stopping be from caving and doing it!

I would say frog it depends on if it's just a cheapy test (mine was earlier so not too much of waste!) but then a more sensitive test might show earlier! think my bfn has made me scale down the "strength" of my symptoms, so maybe not a complete waste! yep that's all of no help whatsoever x

Nope frog, mc & this cycle I got my bfp on 10dpo & 9dpo respectively (on internet cheapies).
