Christmas Day breakfast?

Just that really. What do you have? Need some ideas

Pastries (croissants, pain au chocolat etc) with Bucks Fizz

I got a.nice eggs Benedict set from Aldi last year which was a lovely treat and quite easy to do as well, we had it with bucks fizz. Was so nice!

Ham and pickled onions with white bread and butter.

The reasons for this are lost in the mists of time but it's a long-standing tradition. Strangely, it works.

Croissants/pain au chocolat or cereal.

Baileys and chocolate

Blinis with smoked salmon, dill and creme fraiche.

Enough to feel like you've eaten without being stuffed and so allowing you to proceed quite nicely with the champagne quaffing

Not sure yet. It’s going to be one of these:
Croissants with smoked salmon and scrambled egg
Panettone French toast
Gingerbread pancakes

Champagne breakfast (orange juice and sparkling wine) here.

The creamiest homemade porridge with cinnamon, blueberries and cream and fresh orange juice.

Croissants, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and Buck’s Fizz . This is DH family tradition that I have happily adopted.

We have:
Fruit juice
Muesli/Cereal
Chopped fruit
Something my DH makes in the pastry/cake group - this year he's doing croissants - has been practising, lucky for us!

I gave up on anything hot as it got in the way.

Chocolate.

Banana and oat pancakes made either into snowmen shapes (free style!) or using cutter into reindeer shape. With luxury layered yoghurt and fruit yummy!!

Past few years we have either bacon sandwiches or homemade sausage McMuffins.
Not the healthiest breakfast but hey it’s Christmas lol

Pork pie, bread & butter and champagne

Smoked salmon and scrambled egg with toast or bagels. Orange juice and coffee.

Cup of coffee and chocolates, usually quality street!

Champagne, chocolate, croissants.

We have a cooked brunch, bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns, fried bread, tomatoes. Toast & tea, bucks fizz. Then Christmas dinner about 4pm.

Oooh, not thought about this yet. I might make American-style pancakes with raspberries, bananas and maple syrup.

Bit of everything 😂 bacon rolls, homemade sausage and egg McMuffins or similar, some kind of pastries, mince pies and chocolate coins. Heavy on the nutrition 👌

Depends where we are (i.e. who's hosting). Often scrambled eggs with either Christmas ham or smoked salmon and toast. We'll be at PIL's this time on Christmas morning- I'm not sure what they have!
