my scan date is 25/05/2023 we’re still waiting for decision!!

How do I know my scan date they received my forms then sent them back as I had forgot to sign them! So do I go from the date they first received them or the date they received them when I sent them back signed!? Thanks guys

Scan date is also 25/05 and still waiting. It’s honestly such a joke how long the process is, especially if you have waited all that time for it to be refused. I’m hoping that not the case with my Son.

I am 17 weeks tomorrow, was told a few weeks ago I should have a decision by the 27th.......we will see 👀

Fingers crossed for you from the previous thread people have been awarded from 16 weeks onwards hoping we get to a dm this week which can then be another 2 weeks on top of that

I am part of a fb group and seen 1 award from the 30th May so I'm keeping hopeful, but anxiety is through the roof!

Hi All, just off phone to DLA Helpline - Scan date 30/05 and was told it’s now with a DM but could take a while longer depending on info given/ workload etc - he said most DMs work to date order but all have own workload :)

I’ve just rang a lovely man just told me it
should be with a dm this week as they are now working on the end of may dates fingers crossed he’s right :)

I have just seen a post in the fb group someone has been awarded scan date 13th June and already got the back pay.

Really hope the people waiting with May scan dates hear soon!

My scan date is 16/06 but keeping my eye on the group and glad to see people getting good news

@Chels2020 Thats good to know, I don’t think I can wait any longer. It’s driving me mad!! Hopefully any day now then.

I really hope so what’s your scan date? Driving me around the bend and back again think I’ll hold off calling now incase it’s a decline but as always keeping positive for our little ones xx

Mines the 25/05, I feel like I’m obsessing over it recently. I called to chase, was on hold for an hour and 10 mins only for the line to go dead lol. I’m trying to keep positive and will be gutted for my son if it gets turned down after all this wait. What is your date? Fingers crossed for you.

my scan date is 31/05

17 weeks Thursday. Not feeling hopeful. No contact at all from them. I called last week and was just told, 19 week waiting time. No texts. No letters. (Except the scan date letter). Been driving me insane since week 15.

@Tiredmamma74 Hopefully we start seeing some more June scan dates soon. Hoping I hear something by 13th October fingers crossed we all get good news 🤞

Hi.

Have a scan date of 26/05/2023 - Called yesterday - Rang at 9am on the button and got through in 20 minutes - They advised that my claim was with a DM, but would not commit to when a decision would be made as it varies between decision makers. They did say to me yesterday that it is more like 19 weeks. They told me that its taking 17 weeks to reach a decision maker, then once it is with a Decision maker, can take anything from 1 day to 2 weeks. So to me, it came across that some will take 17 weeks, some 19. They also asked that I do not call unless I haven't had a decision by week 19. Trying not to call, but its so tough - My claim was supposed to be a renewal, but because I had a full tear of the ATFL , I couldn't get to post the claim off in time.

Hope everyone has some positive news this week.

@Chuggychall Mine was supposed to be a renewal as well. I put mine in a drawer and forgot about it till they stopped paying me. Could kick myself! Scan date 30th may, still waiting x
