@Mumofthreexx97 my scan dates same as yours fingers crossed it won’t be to much longer of us someone said they’re on 19th of April so hopefully don’t have to wait the full 3 and a half week x

Shellbel10 · 11/08/2023 08:53

Ahhh I’m feeling so anxious now it’s getting closer.. no diagnosis on the asd pathway have been referred just waiting for appointment but it’s taking ages. Have sent in occupational therapy report, ieps, and copy of sleep medication prescription just hoping this enough

MansfieldLark · 11/08/2023 09:13

I have my back pay today, so happy. Do I need to contact rax credits? Do I get any extra?

Jenjo191 · 11/08/2023 09:14

Currently on hold, scan date the 25th April. Also had to send my sons renewal for 23rd October so want to make sure it got there! Was delayed in sending as I’ve literally had to get a folder of evidence scanned.

Should recieve DLA for middle child this is the one with the scan date of 25th April but I know when I applied for oldest as youngest was receiving they knocked us back at first, apparently they don’t like giving multiples.

Eldest son autism diagnosed
Middle son autism sensory processing disorder and dyslexia all diagnosed
youngest son - Bilateral talipes, autism and speech delay

I’ve heard some people can get notability for autism but is this true. My youngest is a danger on roads he’s 6 but just runs away into roads and jumps at stranger similar to a Labrador. Or is that a rumour?

Anyway as I write this been on hold 14 mins and was on as soo as they opened so I’m guessing everyone from Mumsnet is ringing too. So hi queue buddies.

Jenjo191 · 11/08/2023 09:14

Yes you do, contact them and let them know was it a new claim?

MansfieldLark · 11/08/2023 09:18

Yes a new claim. I sent the paperwork off on the 7th April. The difference this will make to us it huge

Jenjo191 · 11/08/2023 09:27

Yes just let them know.
I can’t think how much more you get as I’m on UC but it’s a fair bit.

Just got off the phone I’ve been told it’s 17 weeks now, it’s not with a decision maker and basically don’t go calling again until the 29th.

INWright · 11/08/2023 09:43

Oh I’m so glad that I’ve found some people in the same situation as me!!

Mommyof42023 · 11/08/2023 11:10

My son is nearly 5 and was diagnosed with adhd and screened positive for oppositional behaviour. He is on melatonin ag night and his meds in the day for adhd. Has anyone been accepted in the similar situation. So worried I've waited all this time to be turned away x
