GMTV are at it again-another survey about BFing

I completed it out of curiosity. Some of the questions are really loaded and negative about BFing.

I've pointed out to them that they're not exactly unbiased as one of their major sponsors is nestle.

GMTV, for example, are a bunch of gaping twats.

Have completed and vented spleen in the comments box. Don't think I was too eloquent, too angry!

Might repeatedly complete the 'survey' each time I do a night feed.

Disclaimer: cat deserves it.

I agree on the questionnaire being a load of cow shite and I haven't even got kids.

Also I watched that interview. Dr is a tosspot to say the least and jesus Greenmonkies is very beautiful and I love her hair!

Have filled it in - even said it shouldn't need to be done discreetly (although I always try to do so) just cos I don't want it to be 'used against' BFs - IYSWIM.

Left comment about the poorly worded questions and that it seemed they were suggesting women stayed home til babies were weaned - also pointed out the WHO recommendations on this...

SofaKingFedUpOfSnow Thanks so much for the link to the interview - what a fantastic lady the BFing mum was. Dr(?) Hilary was indeed a twunt and seemed to feel v strongly that BFing was only beneficial to newborns, but the mum countered all his arguments beautifully and eloquently!

I don't watch GMTV, but thought it was good that they gave time in the interview to include all her counter-arguments (and the twunt's poetic winces & grimaces).
