TishTosh21 · 30/12/2009 17:31

emster you need to change your profile to public so we can see the pic!

Im 12 weeks today and less than a week til the scan, i cant wait!

Emster30 · 30/12/2009 17:44

Has that worked now?

Don't get your hopes up, it's a pretty unexciting picture!

TishTosh21 · 30/12/2009 17:45

No it hasnt worked! theres no link on your name.

stac14 · 30/12/2009 18:11

emster you can see your profile but no links to pics think you can change them to public too

tish I'm a wee today for scan soo excited but if I'm honest bricking it too, how does it feel to have got the dreaded 12 weeks over and done with?

becky not sure if you will get this but try to pop on and let us know how you get on

Hows everyone else today? I felt really anxious while at the shops but think its because I nearly fell on my ass in the ice bloody nightmare. What have you all got planned for New Year? xxx

Emster30 · 30/12/2009 18:48

OK, it should work now!

TishTosh21 · 30/12/2009 18:50

Aw emster what a little sweety! Bet you are so relieved now you've seen your bubba

stac i am very glad ive got to 12 weeks but i wont be totally relaxed til ive had the scan and know everything is ok.

Emster30 · 30/12/2009 19:01

Aw fanks! It is such a reassuring feeling to know I haven't made it all up or anything.

Re NYE, I am having to trek all across London (NE to SW) in a little black dress to go to a party where I will only know about two people. I could really do without it and would rather watch the telly and eat chocolate ice cream. Oh well, I'm going to drive so that I can leave straight after midnight if I want to and leave DH partying till whenever. What's everyone else doing?

TrudyRoundwindow · 30/12/2009 19:03

Oh lovely Emster and Walthamstow too! Not too far from Whipps luckily if a mad dash is needed

TrudyRoundwindow · 30/12/2009 19:05

We are staying in and slobbing out [bliss]

TrudyRoundwindow · 30/12/2009 19:06

When I say Walthamstow too I don't live there but know it well

stac14 · 30/12/2009 19:24

aww lovely pic emster know how you feel about nye we still cant decide what to do but I would prefer to stay in bloody bed lol xx

WinterMadness · 30/12/2009 19:49

Same here Gibbon (can't get used to the name change!) We're doing absolutely nowt. Suits me

TishTosh21 · 30/12/2009 19:57

We're going to a friends house who had a baby earlier this year. We're staying the night so will give us an idea of what its like to wake up to a crying baby at 2am!

Chulita · 30/12/2009 20:07

cute piccie emster still got a big case of scan envy over here!
We're not doing anything tomoz night, we've all got colds and feeling rubbish so it'll probably be an early night for us... no, 8:06pm is not to late for bed!

GibbonInARibbon · 30/12/2009 20:40

Back as me

I'm always making up new silly names and forgetting I am wearing them

stac14 · 30/12/2009 21:36

good to see you back gib x

GibbonInARibbon · 30/12/2009 21:59
Grin
Emster30 · 30/12/2009 22:11

Yup Trudy Whipps Cross is very close - it only took us 5 mins to drive there this morning so of course we were hideously early. Nearly went home and came back again. But then we parked at one end of the hospital and found the maternity unit was the other end so we had about a ten minute walk down the length of the place!

WinterMadness · 31/12/2009 06:45

Well after the last 4 nights lack of sleep, I officially think I'm completely crazy to be doing all this again!!!! Bonkers, doolally, totally mental. My one year old has been screaming, not crying, screaming through the night the last two nights Struggling to get through the day especially with the horrendous headaches I'm getting this pregnancy. Can you tell I'm feeling sorry for myself?!?! Think I'll take him to the docs today get him checked over.

It's 6.40am and I'm already looking forward to bedtime.

GibbonInARibbon · 31/12/2009 09:03

Oh winter is he cutting a tooth? Teething always affected DD's night time sleep, it was awful...lack of sleep is a killer isn't it. I think you're right we're all mad to be doing it again!

Yes Emster whipps is huge isn't it, at my hospital we have to park quite a way from the maternity wing too, with DD we had to run in then DH had to go back and park the car...I grabbed a nearby cleaner and would not let go till he got back
