Yey! Hopefully the others will find it too!

After some research I have discovered that it is possible to have low iron without being anaemic and I'm due to pick up some iron tablets this afternoon - pre-natal supplements would not be enough apparently.

Hopefully, they'll work and I'll be feeling brighter very soon

Can't believe we're on our 3rd thread.

Had appt with my obstetrician this morning & everything seems fine. Cervix has stayed closed although she's done another swab as she's not convinced my infection has gone. I asked her about that because there was a bit of confusion about my antibiotics when I was in hospital so feel happier knowing it's being checked. She gave me some more magnesium tablets after my rubbish GP telling me I didn't need to keep taking them & I'll be seeing her again on 8 Oct. Had another scan too which was good. I won't be going back to work so talking to my boss tomorrow to sort out my mat leave dates as I'll have to start mat leave from 36 weeks now & hopefully the leave I'd been going to take before I started mat leave I'll be able to take at the end of my mat leave instead.

I found it!

Am 28 weeks today. Had bloods taken, bump measured, heart listened to and all looking good. Am still being sick though pregnancy sickness is the worst. Looking forward to having my body back to me and not being sick on a daily basis.

anyone else suffering alongside me?

I'm here too - turned out the flu jab letter I received was a database error; they're not offering it to pregnant women yet. So that saves me a decision!

Bump measuring small for dates but so did the last one & he turned out 7lb 8oz. Movement and heartbeat fine, tho currently breech. 29 weeks today so hopefully plenty of time to turn.

MyBox (if you find us) the Doctor has given me Ferrous Sulphate 200mg tablets, 2 a day - would they be for Ferratine replacement?

Leaflet says they are for the treatment of "iron-deficiaency anaemia" but he said I wasn't anaemic!?!

Hi everyone

Stig - I can sympathise!! With DD I was sick every evening until I reached 13 weeks. This time round I can be sick at any time of the day - not good when you're in the middle of Tesco's with the kids from work

Have finally heard from the physio (an urgent appointment - only 10 weeks after being referred ) so hopefully they'll be able to help wrt my spd.

hi All, hope you are all ok. another week over at work...phew!
have been studying part time for an MSc and found out the other day that I had passed...which is great news. Is funny though because my graduation is 16th Dec, 11 days after my due date!! so not sure if i will be going with new LO, or with mega bump, or not at all, if in labour!

I think my dates have finally caught up with my bump! No-one looks gobsmacked when i say baby is due in December anymore

Gsnitch - I think that might be the explaination. I'll check my iron tablets when I go downstairs. I have digestive troubles and the iron really makes me sort of ache after awhile so I stop & start it. My doc said I had low iron stores - ferritine - but wasn't aneamic. Hope you'll up your iron reserves soon.
