I'm really bloated too. Delivering a 3 day training course.. Day 3 tomorrow. Shattered is not even close.

SuperDuperJezebel · 27/07/2016 21:39

Hooray Allotment, me too. 9 weeks on Saturday Shock. I always carried excess weight around my middle and I'm heavier than I want to be anyway, so now my belly is huge. Most of my jeans are too tight. I don't wanna buy new clothes but I think I'll have to.

Welcome PeanutButter... Whereabouts in London are you?

SussexNadia · 27/07/2016 21:59

Hi ladies!
I feel much further behind than you all but ovia has given me an EDD of 29th March. I've known for 1.5 weeks but only just stopped checking for my period a few times a day! X

neonrainbow · 27/07/2016 22:35

Hello new bfps :) sussex im 9 weeks today and i still can't quite believe no period! I don't think i will believe im pregnant until i either hear a heartbeat or see a scan.

Rosey135 · 27/07/2016 23:24

Got my booking in appointment for 12th August!! My partners just starting a new job on Monday so might be difficult for him to get time off to come along so I think I'll get my mum to come along to that one. It's the scan that he wnot want to miss anyway not the boring paper work.

Congrats on new BFPs and wedding bells :)

Has anyone else been experiencing bad morning sickness. Ive been feeling sick 24/7 since start of week 5.

SweetPeaPie29 · 28/07/2016 01:31

Oh and i live in stoke on trent

purplesmiler · 28/07/2016 07:06

sweet I've been feeling sick in the mornings but not actually been sick and it does seem to pass.

I am suffering with constipation though it's so painful when I do manage to go.

Butterpuff · 28/07/2016 07:14

Yep, me too sweet a d I did with DC1 24hrs a day nausea. Rarely sick but heaps of nausea. And for me it got worse before it got better. So I'm dreading the next 2 months. Sad

Leanneg87 · 28/07/2016 08:08

sweetpeapie yes! I'm suffering massively with nausea and tiredness! I had a brief break from it yday but it's back with vengeance today! We are due the same time so hopefully won't continue all the way until second trimester. Here's hoping! Not got my initial doctors appt until 10th August, will be 7 weeks then, is that quite late?

Carolann8584 · 28/07/2016 08:26

leanneg I'll be 9+4 when I have my first MW app, was told I didn't need to see my GP

Well it's finally happened, boobs have started to spill out my bra, anybody know where I can get 38 GG or H maternity bras? Xx

NameChange30 · 28/07/2016 08:55

Carolann I started this thread about bras (I'm a 34FF and growing) but haven't found anything suitable so far Sad

Carolann8584 · 28/07/2016 09:23

Thanks namechange I tried that link on the last message, seem to do the size I want, trying to hang on for a bit though.

Dozygirl · 28/07/2016 09:33

I just go on my own for booking in appointment. As long as you know your partners and yours family history then you don't need them to come along with u. Each to their own but I'd have felt weird having my mum with me haha.

Newbie7077 · 28/07/2016 09:58

Hello! New here. Due March (hopefully) and trying to not get excited until my 12 w scan.
Rosie135 , I went to booking appointment on my own as partner was working and it is a fairly dull ordeal to be honest. you fill out forms and provide urine, they draw blood and answer any questions you may have.

Carolann8584 · 28/07/2016 10:20

My DH wants to come to every appointment with me

He has a child with an ex but broke up before she knew she was expecting so she didn't want him at any appointments.

So this time around he wants to be completely involved which I don't mind.

He's sees this as his first pregnancy experience even though we both love DS to bits my DH didn't get to experience the any of the pregnancy last time.

Dozygirl · 28/07/2016 11:25

That's lovely carolann. My dp wouldn't be able to get the time off for all appointments but he will for scans.

Carolann8584 · 28/07/2016 11:53

He's booked the morning off for the first app, then wants to book the whole day on scan day so we can buy beany's first item on clothing then go tell everyone Smile

He gets 13 hours for appointments from work, then he will need to use hols

x

PourMeAGlassOfMilk · 28/07/2016 13:23

Is anyone else struggling with the exhaustion of the first trimester? I've just had to go and have a nap in my lunch break (work from home, so not balanced in a toilet cubicle or anything!) I don't remember feeling this shattered in previous pregnancies...

NameChange30 · 28/07/2016 13:26

PourMe YES, it's hell. I've been feeling particularly shit the last couple of days. Last night was so frustrating because I couldn't get to sleep despite having been exhausted to the point of tears for most of the day Sad I'm dragging myself through work today!

NameChange30 · 28/07/2016 13:26

(And eating ALL the food in an attempt to keep going, but what I really need is sleep.)

Butterpuff · 28/07/2016 13:29

Yep, shattered too. I think it's because I was fit and healthy last time with a lot of relaxation time. Now I'm not fit at all, don't eat as well and work 24 hours a day for the cutest but most demanding boss ever!

Newbie7077 · 28/07/2016 13:29

Oh, I forgot to do the introductory bit:

Name: Newbie7077
Age: 31
EDD: 7th March
DC #1

Newbie7077 · 28/07/2016 13:32

@PourMe ( how do you make it bold?) I've had spells of both tiredness and nausea. Sort of hits me then disappears, which is concerning in itself because the baby is not making itself known all the time.

Newbie7077 · 28/07/2016 13:33

[Ah!]
