Thanks alpha I was just about to do that when I saw you had made one already! We were getting pretty close to the wire there Grin
Anyone else struggling with the heat and sleeping? I am so glad I'm not heavily pregnant currently, must be super hard work in the heat. Thinking a spring baby was a good idea!

New thread already! March is a busy month. Sorry for those of you that are having worrying times. Hope it all goes well for you. Sorry I can't remember everyone's names. I'm terrible at remember who said what once I've read a few posts. Scary whoever is having the random breathlessnes . Hope it isn't anything too sinister.

I can vouch that being heavily pregnant this time last year in the heat was absolutely horrendous. I feel sorry for any pregnant lady I see. I absolutely hated it so I'm very glad it will be winter for us. The heat has been bad enough in the first trimester. Went on a walk today and it was so hard. My hands and feel swelled up. Reminded me of beine pregnant. I had terrible swollen feet and ankles last time. I basically went from thigh to foot like an elephants trunks couldn't wear nice short summer dresses in the heat. I really did not enjoy being pregnant that time.

Dozygirl · 19/07/2016 22:21

Nothe elephants trunks elephants legs haha.

Dozygirl · 19/07/2016 22:24

Oh man I forget how bad my typos get in mn haha. Can't edit it once sent like on Facebook.

Those of you having bad reactions to you having more babies. I can't believe people can be so rude. It's your choice how many babies you have not any one else's.

Must admit that some people I'm telling forget to say congratulations because they're shocked I'm pregnant again. I don't think it's too bad of a gap though. Dd will be 19 months. There's quite a few of us on this thread with short gaps.

Anyway I'm 33

I re-tested this morning and the line was very definately there. I'm struggling with telling people Irene too for a fe reasons:
I don't think my 12 year old will be too pleased
I think people will judge me for having a big family
A few friends have been TTC for a long time so it seems unfair that I have got pregnant straight away.

I've told a few close friends who are all made up for me, and one of them turns out is pregnant too!

Happy birthday ahsan!

I'm also very grateful for a spring baby, hopefully we'll be nice and cool when we're heavily pregnant!

TMI - I'm horrendously constipated at the moment, I don't think the heat is helping!

Thanks for all the encouragement and kindness. Hormones and sleep deprivation are definitely not helping matters! I hate this heat.

Welcome to more newbies! And thanks for the new thread alpha

It's way too hot to sleep and I've got to be up at 3.30am to go to the airport. Feel shattered too.

Today I really wished my boss know I was pregnant. Out doing manual work in 30-34 degrees really took its toll but still managed a 30 mile bike ride tonight. Is anyone else still trying to maintain fairly hard cardio and is there any proven disadvantages to doing so?

Congrats to all the new joiners and thanks alpha for the new thread Smile
