Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 39th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 37th grads fred is HERE

The thread we have graduated from is HERE in its 53rd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread HERE for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

HERE is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

lil I had loads of random stabby pains early on that felt like icing but obviously wasn't.

Ive indulged today. Cereal for breakfast, jacket potato, small salad and soup for lunch, and then carrot cake for dessert. Oops! Not even dinner yet!

Well if this curry doesn't send me into labour then it may kill me - Christ it's hot!! I know it's more an old wives tale than a proven labour inducing technique but thought worth a go. Even though I can't feel my mouth anymore and probably never will again!

lildottie · 12/10/2015 18:01

Yes jelly its like icing pain but stronger. Phew. Glad its normal. I will apologise in advance for being a needy neurotic viroid!

jellypi3 · 12/10/2015 18:08

Don't apologise lil we have all been there many times!

bat that's hilarious. Better shift that baby after all that pain lol

fruitlovingmonkey · 12/10/2015 18:09

Ah lil you just wait for the all day nausea, then you'll want all the sweets!

lildottie · 12/10/2015 18:15

Lol fruit I know, I'm trying to be good while I have the luxury!

Thanks jelly

batfish · 12/10/2015 18:21

Yes definitely no need to apologise lil - neurotic questions all perfectly acceptable! Never stops the whole way through pregnancy really - and then you get to this end and you're behaving like a crazy person a la moi trying to get the little bugger out!

ThursdayLastWeek · 12/10/2015 18:25

Stinky vindaloo poo for the midwives to catch when you're pushing later bat Grin

honeysucklejasmine · 12/10/2015 19:21

Oh Bat, I'd be more worried about your butt to be honest! If it burns going in, it'll burn going out too. Assuming it doesn't give you arse rain!

FeatheredTail · 12/10/2015 19:31

Grin at arse rain/burning bums/vindaloo poo!

FeatheredTail · 12/10/2015 19:33

Lil eat the vegetables and whole grain while you can. Today I've managed Rice Krispies, a few mini sushi avocado rolls from itsu, two slices of white Danish toast with butter, marmite and cucumber and some fizzy colas.

Giving my GP until Christmas to diagnose scurvy. Wink

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 12/10/2015 19:35

I'm predicting big things for bat's vindaloo #batletwatch2015

Molly glad to hear things are better.

Lil I had stabby ov pains with this pregnancy and lots of bloating. Now I get painful trapped wind. I think it is just the progesterone.

Viroids I've been to the doctors today and weighed myself. I am 5lbs over my target weight for 17 weeks. I weighed myself 3 weeks ago and I was a bit over then too by maybe 4/5 lbs. Am I doomed?

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 12/10/2015 19:41

OK just checked. I was over by 6lbs before... I think I might be OK ish. Except I'm taking DD to Canada for half term and all my favorite junk food is Canadian Blush

MollyBloomYes · 12/10/2015 20:10

Personally sky I'd just enjoy Canada, keep a weather eye on weight when I return and try not to stress. You're growing a baby and I think that deserves a bit of junk every now and then!

gaggiagirl · 12/10/2015 20:56

sky isn't chips with cheese and gravy a thing in Canada? sounds yum. Tell us about Canadian food!

ThursdayLastWeek · 12/10/2015 21:11

Poutine mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 12/10/2015 22:05

Yes! There's poutine

And butter tarts they're best without nuts or raisins and with a splash of maple syrup...

Also these, my absolute favorite... www.olddutchfoods.com/products/traditional-potato-chips/dill-pickle which sound gross but are heavenly... Like a dilly salt and vinegar crisp.

And finally nanaimo bars which might actually be better than sex...

oneyorkshirepud · 12/10/2015 22:08

Ha ha Jelly, I know I was going to be soooooo organised and have my bag packed by 30 weeks. I don't even have anything to put in it! Well, apart from half a pack of maternity pads that my friend gave me.... Grin I've got half term soon so I plan now to have my bag packed by 33 weeks.... but no promises!

Lil,I had ov pain for ages, and I didn't know what was going on with my cycles as they were so long so we kept DTD, turns a out I was 5 weeks upduffed!

#Batletwatch2015 good luck my friend, I hope the curry does its job!

Yey for scans and scan dates!

batfish · 13/10/2015 05:18

Well - no vindaloo baby! Arse still intact though which is a bonus, luckily I have a very strong constitution so generally don't have bad side effects from things like that. Would have still been slightly worried about spraying midwife with poo though had it been effective Shock So second acupuncture session today and I might try doing something with clary sage oil which is supposed to be effective. But I'm running out of options and time! I know I could refuse induction but for some reason I've got it in my head that what if I do and then the baby isn't ok and it's all my fault.....stupid I know but I'm scared of getting so far and something happening so I do want to get the baby out, just really wanted to avoid induction but what will be will be I guess and worrying about it will be counter productive!

Don't worry too much about weight sky - it's good to try to be healthy where possible (which I haven't been at all) but don't beat yourself up about weight, everyone is different. I was supposed to gain maximum 28lb as was already classed as overweight and when I weighed myself yesterday I had gained 38lb, oops. It's a bloody miracle I haven't gained twice that to be honest though with all the crap I've been eating.

oneyorkshirepud · 13/10/2015 06:50

Oh yes Sky, meant to say last night, in the summer I was measuring well over the recommended weight gain for my number of weeks. A combination of getting my appetite back and being on holiday! But in the last 6 weeks or so I've hardly put on any weight, the bump has just taken it from my arms/face etc. So you are not necessarily doomed! Just eat healthily if you can but don't stress about it too much.

jellypi3 · 13/10/2015 07:15

Come on Batlet! We need another Js'ing baby soon!!

I'm going to try and be productive pud and have mine done early. I don't want to be doing it over Xmas so gonna get it done next month after the move.

I'm hungry!!! Damn you GTT! !

OP posts:
batfish · 13/10/2015 07:40

Good luck with GTT jelly!

MollyBloomYes · 13/10/2015 07:50

Oh jelly I feel your pain! Treat yourself to a pastry product of your choice once it's done!

Midwife for me today, trouble with not seeing her since 16 weeks is i have a mahusive list of questions for her. Most of which she'll probably say need to be answered by consultant at 34 weeks

sky DH and I fantasise about upping sticks and moving to Canada. Your list of delicious things is adding fuel to that fire!

jellypi3 · 13/10/2015 09:32

Thanks! Currently waiting for my second blood test. The glucose drink they make you drink is disgusting, I swear I reached getting it down me.
