Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 38th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 37th grads fred is here

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 53rd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Sorry I'm all me me me at the moment

jellypi3 · 04/09/2015 16:54

Don't apologise we are here to support you. Is there any kind of cbt you can do for the anxiety?

Jcandy · 04/09/2015 16:57

I did cbt, finished about a month ago. Problem was a found the lady really patronising. It was fine when I agreed with her but when I tried to explain what I was thinking that was different to her way she basically just dismissed me. So I'm not sure I got everything out of it that I could

oneyorkshirepud · 04/09/2015 17:37

Sorry to hear that JC, and I don't say this lightly about doctors but your gp sounds incredibly unhelpful. There are a lot of mn on the pregnancy forums that are on antids. Definitely try to get an appointment ASAP with the MW mh team or if not try another gp. Sorry that you are having to go through this, I have unfortunately witnessed how difficult depression can be through a good friend this year. Not a fun thing for you to have to go through. Flowers

ChatEnOeuf · 04/09/2015 17:55

Lots of people take ADs in pregnancy (and while BF) with no adverse effects on baby JC. We do keep the babies in for 24-48 hours though to watch their colour, and in case they are sleepy or jittery and not feeding well, but that's the only additional attention they get. The very few that may be associated with birth defects - well, you're past the point of organ formation now anyway so it doesn't matter. Hope baby Candy is wriggling and reassuring you (always get checked if not, no matter how often it is).

Congrats Deeply, completely missed that!

Jcandy · 04/09/2015 19:39

Thanks for the reassurance chat and pud you're right I need to speak to someone else I think. Saying "your baby could have withdrawal symptoms when it's born if you you take the antidepressants, there are a lot of risks...........oh does that make you anxious?, you shouldn't have them or you'll worry about the risks and it will make you worse" Just doesn't seem that helpful to me. Hopefully my midwife will sort it out on monday. Feeling slightly calmer now my DP is back home. And baby Candy is kicking all over the place so I think they must have just been having a long nap.

oneyorkshirepud · 04/09/2015 20:02

Baby pud had a 36 hour ish nap this week, freaked me right out! Making up for it now though. Glad you feel a bit calmer and that you are seeing the MW on Mon, second opinion is definitely needed.

CarrotPuff · 04/09/2015 20:31

Sorry the gp was so useless JC. Hope you get somewhere on Monday.

Told my mum today. She was very happy. Had a go why we haven't told her earlier. Don't think she realises I was already pg when we were over 2 months ago...

My sister though asked of ot was planned Hmm she can be a bit of an idiot sometimes...

CarrotPuff · 04/09/2015 20:31

If it*, stupid phone.

gaggiagirl · 04/09/2015 21:20

Everyone seems to get the was it planned comment carrot what's wrong with people!
jc oh you poor thing. Did DP cook you anything nice to take care of you?
toast is still in hospital. Were thinking of you toast!!!! Get let out soon!

My cervix is very low or something shifted. Tonight's nookie hurt. What's the crack with that?
New house looks worse than ever I have no idea why I can see daylight through a large hole in my dining room. Hmmmm.

pretzelpieces · 04/09/2015 21:22

Oh jc I'm so sorry things are hard at the moment Flowers

carrot I have been asked that so much. And also who the father is. Hmm People need to engage brains before they speak.

jellypi3 · 04/09/2015 21:24

carrot the first words out of my Mil's mouth when I told her was 'was it intentional'...

honeysucklejasmine · 04/09/2015 21:43

DHs best friend asked if it was planned. I think it's because he's only 25 (So about 16 in girl years) and hasn't quite got his head round us being ready for that kind of thing.

MollyBloomYes · 04/09/2015 21:54

We got that. It's a short gap between dcs but not ridiculously so!

JC your gp sounds incredibly unthinking and shite. Hope your midwife is more sensible, if not try and see someone else, or deserve quality care not fobbing off.

Well of all the fuckiest sakes of fuck I've just got back from a&e again! With DH who has badly sprained ankle, luckily just a sprain not a fracture. He is SO clumsy but also probably dyspraxic . If the DCS inherit this I'm living out my days in a comforting haze of gin.

CarrotPuff · 04/09/2015 21:55

Omg pretzel who's the father??? Wtf??

Ga you crack me up with your roofless house woes. I hope it doesn't sound too insensitive! New kitchen appliances however...

oneyorkshirepud · 04/09/2015 21:57

Ha ha Honey! And OMG Pretzel, I can't believe someone asked you that?!

Seriously Ga, how are you managing to have the energy for nookie as well as doing up your house and being 17 months pregnant?! Also, I would like you to know that my pajamas absolutely, definitely, still fit me. Similar to the way that yours still fit you. :-)

gaggiagirl · 04/09/2015 22:22

I do less house doing up and more kicking dust about and poking curious holes.
pud hurray you are officially veeeeery pregnant! Will you buy new pjs or just live in denial like what I do Grin
Who wants to see me hole?
Pic attached.

picklethistle · 04/09/2015 22:32

Cracking hole youv got there ga!

I'm going to be in your boat next week, kitchen being entirely ripped out and new one inserted. Hopefully will have holes as lovely as yours!

JC what utter rubbish for your GP to spout. Really hope your midwife is better next week and you are being looked after this evening. Sometimes I seriously worry about people in the health service! Cake for you.

I can't believe you were asked that pretzel! Can't wait to tell my MIL, I'm still waiting for the congratulations on our engagement (been married a year and a half). People are hilarious.

pretzelpieces · 04/09/2015 22:43

I'm even more offended now I know no one else has been asked that BlushAngry

Lovely hole ga! Wink

gaggiagirl · 04/09/2015 22:46

pretzel did you punch whoever asked that? That's really. Really bad.

Hurray for holes pickle you too shall have your very own soon.

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 04/09/2015 23:56

JC sending hugs.

pretz omg!

Saw MIL today. She was absolutely horrid to me as usual. Had a strop over us discussing the baby, rolled her eyes at my grandmother's name, made a face like a cats bum when I said my grandmother was Native American, and said that I was "obviously itching to get myself pregnant" as though I tricked her sweet boy into a life with me and our bastard child...

DP says I never have to see her again and she doesn't have to come to our wedding. Apparently she's driven away 3 of his sisters husbands in the past.

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 05/09/2015 00:01

Oh and this was actually improved behavior. Last time she had a go at me about being boring for having food allergies and said we would need to beg to have enough money to go on holiday even though I make more money than DP and just paid for me and DD to spend 10 days in NYC the month before out of my own money. She assumed my family paid for the trip and then got up and walked away halfway through me explaining to her that I own and run a digital agency. Angry

ThursdayLastWeek · 05/09/2015 07:30

Shock sky at least your DP sees it - I see so many threads on here where the darling boy won't see any harm in his dear old mum at all. I'm guessing she won't be spending much time with this newborn! What a witch.

Lovely hole ga - you're really rocketing through those renovations! We're due to finish the ones we started when I was upduffed with DS this winter...only three years later...

Off to parkrun in a bit - my last secret one Smile and the for the first time in weeks I dont have a busy Saturday yay

Jcandy · 05/09/2015 07:57

Thanks everyone Smile My parents are down this weekend to paint the nursery for us diy is not mine and dps strong point and I'm going with my mum today to order my pram Smile so lots of nice things to distract me and make me feel better. We had fish and chips last night Ga but dp is making chicken and ham pie for tonight with steamed apple sponge and custard for pudding so I'm really looking forward to that!

jellypi3 · 05/09/2015 07:57

sky that's shocking. Your MiL sounds foul! Glad your dp is on her side. Does she not give a damn out are carrying her grandchild! !
