Whilst the rest of us chowed down on runny eggs and shellfish, deeply sneezed out a baby!...It's superb scans all around and only the occasional nose-vom on JS Grads 38!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 38th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 37th grads fred is here

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 53rd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Carrot hurray for good downs odds Smile

I would recommend Greys anatomy

gaggiagirl · 17/09/2015 13:35

That sounds lovely jc!
Very nice odds carrot
Hows that sweet boy purple?

Erm I've said something to DP. I suspect I haven't worded it correctly. I may have used the phrase " I want to stab him". Anyway DP is really mad at me and isn't speaking.

gaggiagirl · 17/09/2015 13:39

And just to add (clearly cant stop ranting). FiL has made a little food station in my kitchen for the roofers and provided tea, coffee, sugar etc for them. Who the fuck does he think he is! There's no space in there for me, kid and dp to eat or drink anything from there its also dangerous and dusty!

CarrotPuff · 17/09/2015 13:40

Sounds like a good plan JC! I've heard of a study once that excercise is the best form of therapy. Nice lunch is #2 apparently Wink

I'm having pasta with pesto and parmesan. Wanted some broccoli with it too but forgot to buy it, so will have to do without. Been craving it for quite a while for some reason but never got around to cook it!

CarrotPuff · 17/09/2015 13:45

Ga offer him some tea and put salt instead of sugar.
Maybe go out for a bit so that you don't have to witness his twatness? Sorry I can't be of any help...

Viroids I've been meaning to ask for ages, but where do you get this mythical prune juice? From somewhere like H&B or can you buy it in supermarkets? If so, which isle? Constipation is not too bad atm, but can be a bit of a pita... quite literally.

honeysucklejasmine · 17/09/2015 14:03

Oh Ga. Make a voodoo doll perhaps? Unfortunately, actually stabbing him would be a crime. You don't want to have baby in prison do you?

WouldRatherHaveCake · 17/09/2015 14:33

carrot I got mine from either sainsbury or tesco, but it's in with the long life juice rather than the chilled.

ga I would be livid!!

I'm feeling really bored and restless today! Can't believe it's only 2.30!

jellypi3 · 17/09/2015 14:43

got mine from aldi, but yeah it's in those UDT cartons not fresh juice

would i feel the same, wfh makes the day drag...although i found criminal minds is on amazon prime so im watching that from season 1!

purplewhale · 17/09/2015 15:05

Fucks sake Ga there's such a thing as boundaries! Is he the type to think he's helping?

B is doing really well, he's put 100g on since Sunday so he's a wee chunk. BF is going better now we have nipple shields. We need to get rid of them as they affect supply but for now they work. We're still topping up with formula
He's a chilled out boy and sleeps 3-4 hours between feeds

I got some prunes from Aldi which were yummy, never tried the juice

CarrotPuff · 17/09/2015 15:21

Thanks would, I'll have a look next time.

jelly Criminal Minds is great!

purple that's great! 3-4 hours sounds lush!

I tried prunes but unfortunately I have sensitive teeth and sweet and sticky stuff causes toothache Sad

gaggiagirl · 17/09/2015 15:22

carrot from the carton juice aisle not the fridgey bit. I have the opposite problem currently.

SecondCupOfTea · 17/09/2015 15:32

I grudgingly shove 6 prunes in my gob after my evening meal (I like prunes but am fed up of them). All washed down with a peppermint tea. Then all it takes next morning is a hot cup of tea and nature takes over.

I'm forcing myself to keep the routine cos it's so much better than being constipated.

WouldRatherHaveCake · 17/09/2015 15:33

I think I need to get some prune juice. My poor bum!

jellypi3 · 17/09/2015 15:43

i've always been an irregular "go"er, i've been getting better since being pg, but i found i have a sudden need to go sometimes, almost like my body builds it up and then decides all of a sudden its has to evacuate!!!

man that's way TMI there lol! i'm off to mothercare/mamma and pappas tonight for more pram shopping

Jcandy · 17/09/2015 15:43

I've been on the prune juice for the last week and a half. Finally got some decent movement today. Just got back home from my walk and it's now gone the other way.....why can't we just have a normal poo! still haven't quite got over the fact that it is black from the iron tablets either

Lunch was delicious but think it might be time for a nap now!

Hmmm ga can your dp not see why your fil is annoying to you pregnancy rage aside

mountaingirl01 · 17/09/2015 15:55

jc my sister felt the same when she fell pregnant first cycle knowing that I was struggling. At first I raged at the world but actually then found it nice, I was able to put all my passion into her pregnancy.
I'm on a fuck load of iron and so taking lactulose as pooing gives me the fear.. as a result my poo resembled minis for a while!

ga definite grounds for gbh!

jellypi3 · 17/09/2015 16:27

i'd LTB ga or at least beat his head in a couple of times!!

People who work, did your midwife give you your Mat 1B form at your post 20w appointment or did you have to request it?

batfish · 17/09/2015 16:59

Aww jc that sounds so tough, I agree with what others have said that you shouldn't feel guilty but I know it's not that easy. I have a very good friend who was trying for years to get pregnant and had 4 failed IVF attempts and I felt horrible when I easily got pregnant - I know it is different with a sister than a friend of course - but I definitely felt guilty. It didn't help that she was quite bitter about the whole situation and I had heard her say negative things about other pregnant people but I know that she had been down such a tough road. Luckily she actually got pregnant on her 5th round of IVF and she is now 17 weeks which is amazing and selfishly such a relief for me as well as I can finally talk about my pregnancy in front of her (I see her a lot) - so I do understand that no matter how much you know you haven't done anything wrong and that you can't put your own life on hold because of other people's situations - you can't help but feel guilty that you have something that someone else wants so badly, especially when you're not enjoying it right now. But the good news is that your sister will love you unconditionally and would never think bad things of you for being pregnant - or even for complaining about how you feel because no matter what her own situation is she will just want you to be happy.

ga totally don't blame you for being completely furious, how was he even able to wander into your house?! Hope DP understands the fury and forgives you for what you said! Everyone knows a hormonal pregnant lady is allowed to threaten to kill people right?!

It is my last day at work on Tues but a few people are on leave next week so they surprised me today with gifts and balloons, I was sooo embarrassed! They were so generous though, I got a voucher for mamas and papas, a voucher for a beauty salon and a voucher for a someone to come to your home 3 times and each time they do a 1 hour new mum massage/wrap and a 30 min baby massage and bath, sounds lovely! Not totally sure how I would relax for a 1 hour massage with a baby present but we'll give it a go!

ThursdayLastWeek · 17/09/2015 17:00

mountain - my community MW told me to ditch the lactulose after DS was born. I was iron tablets too. She recommended eating a good spoonful of linseeds everyday (I had mine with my cereal) - something to do with the way they gel in the tummy making stools softer.
Lactulose sucks moisture from the gut to soften them which can leave you even more dehydrated.

Anyways, just a tip - I hated that lactulose stuff. My first poo after DS literally FELL out. Into the toilet thoughga Wink

oneyorkshirepud · 17/09/2015 17:25

I used lactolose for IBS pre pregnancy but actually found that it really irritated my gut, which it is not supposed to. Apart from the occasional ginormapoo I've been quite lucky on the bum front (snigger) although I am getting a little concerned that my IBS symptoms have disappeared since I stopped drinking booze...

Ga has your FIL moved himself in?! Confiscate his key! Or maybe have a chat about boundaries. Don't stab him though. Get cross ginger to do it, she is under the age of criminal responsibility

JC buy baby gros online! And when I say baby gros I mean ridiculous baby outfits that you will never wear!

For chuff's sake. Trying to have a relaxing bath but brought the phone in as waiting for the obstetric physio to call me back. I've had a man call about life insurance for 20 minutes and now the car insurance people have called and I'm on hold with them! Wonder if they can tell I'm in the bath?! Feel v efficient though.

Yey for a good scan Sky!

oneyorkshirepud · 17/09/2015 17:27

Obviously you will never wear the ridiculous baby outfits JC, that would be silly. What I meant was that the baby would never wear them. Stupid car insurance woman distracting me!!

oneyorkshirepud · 17/09/2015 17:28

Meh, still on hold and I want to wash my hair!

oneyorkshirepud · 17/09/2015 17:29

Screw it! I'm doing it, don't care if car insurance woman now thinks I'm in the shower! Mwahahaha!

gaggiagirl · 17/09/2015 17:31

Thursday not in your shorts! Shock
I've had to leave the house such is the fettle that DP has taken.
I found a giant bacon sandwich that FiL had bought for DP, since we have no facilities. DP isn't the only person that lives in the house. How fucking rude. I hit the roof.

batfish · 17/09/2015 17:36

Shitballs, I'm having a little silent freak out here that me and mr bat are about to be PEOPLE WHO HAVE A KID.
