Another waddler here!

mrsdos · 01/05/2015 13:34

If the potato is in the 'wrong' position I have an uncomfortable waddle Sad dread to think what it will be like later on!
Not felt too bad recently, but today I am stupidly tired, struggling to keep eyes open at my desk! Don't even have a bank holiday off to recover and rest Angry

misssmilla1 · 01/05/2015 13:48

I'm not waddling yet but have noticed that without even thinking about it, every time I bend down, I've started to put my feet out like a duck to accommodate the belly!

For some reason I keep waking up at about 3.30 / 4am and not being able to get back to sleep properly until about 6 and then having to get up 45 minutes later. I'm exhausted, and very glad it's Friday.

Snowflake15 · 01/05/2015 14:51

I kept waking up with really bad cramps in my calves last night! And having horrible dreams that my sister died and other crazy things, another recurring one is that all my teeth crack or fall outHmm thank god I booked some time off around bank hol so will be able to relax a bit! 20w scan on wed and just can't wait

Treaclepie19 · 01/05/2015 14:56

I'm a waddler and use duck feet to bend down also! :p

Now shooting pains in boobs! Slyly grabbing my boobs at work people must think I'm crazy!

shinjuku09 · 01/05/2015 16:32

So behind so just checking in for now!

amusville · 01/05/2015 17:28

mismilla I feel your pain I am having the same issues sleeping. For the first night in weeks I hadn't woken up then the neighbours car alarm starts at 5am and again I can't get back to sleep

Choccyhobnob · 01/05/2015 17:29

No shooting pains in the boobs but am getting them in my left bum cheek!

misssmilla1 · 01/05/2015 18:05

I see your shooting pains and raise you itchy boobs; I have caught myself absentmindedly scratching them at work Blush good job I have a corner desk with no-one overlooking me!

ditzzy · 01/05/2015 18:47

I'll agree with itchy boobs but mine are nearly always caused by breadcrumbs!! I'm sure I could make a whole new loaf when I shook my bra out after lunch... Have I forgotten how to eat or have my boobs just got hungry?!! Grin

HaveTeaWillSurvive · 01/05/2015 18:51

Had our scan today and all looking fine, amazed by how much this little one moves - I'll be getting no sleep in third trimester at this rate!

Excitingtimesahead · 01/05/2015 21:13

Leg cramps at night are the worst, didn't think it would happen this early in the pregnancy. Remember it being much later last time.

I'm currently off work with a chest infection although, work are being twits about it.

On a positive note, teacake is moving loads now Grin

monkeymoonpig · 01/05/2015 21:31

DeladionInch · 01/05/2015 21:51

Deladion they are gorgeous. Love hand crocheted and knitted bits.

Excitingtimesahead · 01/05/2015 22:33

Also complementing deladion on her gorgeous handy work.

Would love to learn and be able to do things like that. But I would get so frustrated.

DeladionInch · 01/05/2015 22:40

yarn is cheap, as is time Blush

ambientolf · 02/05/2015 09:03

My DP's mum knits & crochets. I will have lots of lovely hand made baby clothes! I watch her when she does it & it's like a magic trick to me - I am not creative at all!

craftynanny · 02/05/2015 09:15

Hi everyone, how do you look at pictures that are attached?? xxx

Jessica32 · 02/05/2015 09:22

sesame I've sent you a private message.

Jessica32 · 02/05/2015 09:32

Treacle and snowflake you may find your movement comes all of a sudden. I'm 19+5. For quite a few weeks I've had stuff that I think is probably movement but not sure etc except 2 occasions of definitely. Literally in the last 3 or 4 days I can now feel it lots, in different ways. Kicks, 2 of which I felt with my hand, and I can also feel my tummy and know where the baby is. Often quite high lying vertically on the left and sometimes horizontally low across my bladder. This morning it was in the first position and couldn't feel it as defined, lay in bed on my back for a bit and felt something a bit like pressure moving in different places. Felt my tummy again and it was low across my bladder and felt much more defined, more protruding and harder. If someone had told me a week ago I would have this today I wouldn't have believed them, so hang on in there.

Jessica32 · 02/05/2015 09:34

choccy shooting pains in your bum cheek may be your sciatic nerve. Stretching good.

Jessica32 · 02/05/2015 09:37

Shinjuku Had my blood test at 16 week scan to see if the baby is R negative like me. Took a while for the results to come back but is is negative. Won't need antiD but they double check the cord blood. Sounds like they've only been doing it a couple of yrs and I'm not sure how far they've rolled it out.

Boodlymummy · 02/05/2015 09:39

Whoop, Duchess of C in labour! I'll be checking news all day now! Feeling soppy and slightly tearful (and impatient for my baby)!
