Wow, how organised! I'd say buy both, play around, decide then sell on Wink

MademoiselleG · 29/06/2014 19:06

Which one did you get??

fancyacupoftea · 29/06/2014 19:08

Britax Affinity. I was swayed by a couple of really good reviews. Seemed very good in mothercare when I went to play too (although just pushing it around the shop there didn't feel much difference between any of them)

fancyacupoftea · 29/06/2014 20:07

Shit, I think we're going to win another one. I regret this.

PolytheneGirl · 29/06/2014 20:15

I really NEED a decent coffee!

PolytheneGirl · 29/06/2014 20:17

Haha Fancy I see a habit forming! We're all expecting reveries!

Aww Linda your poor OH. I hope he's feeling better soon.

MademoiselleG · 29/06/2014 20:27

How was the shower Poly?

MademoiselleG · 29/06/2014 20:29

Aha, the affinity looks very much like the bugaboo cameleon - just with a much more decent price tag!! What is it with prams costing the price of a car these days?! It looks good Fancy! What colour? And what other one are you about yo win?
I love this game Wink

PolytheneGirl · 29/06/2014 20:32

It was boring and pretentious! But the food was good. I felt very fat and had to plaster a false smile on my face. I'm glad SIL's cousin was there, we really get on so it wasn't too bad. I'm just grumpy!

fancyacupoftea · 29/06/2014 20:34

We were about to win a Chameleon for £100 but thankfully we got outbid because it was quite far to collect and I think I want to try out one pram at a time for now!
The Affinity is in red and comes with a carrycot and cosytoes thing too - all for £122! I could get used to this ebaying.

Spotti · 29/06/2014 20:53

whispers< pssst! We're gonna need a new thread soon...anyone fancy making one? I kinda ballsed it up with this one... >smiles sweetly and hopes some kind person might offer to make a new thread

Don't worry, I'll do it. Got the stats up ready.

NEW THREAD HERE

Spotti · 29/06/2014 20:59

LOLing at the eBay palava fancy - that's usually me, sticking my thumb in too many pies and then by Sod's law winning all of them! (Tried to buy some cheap jodhpurs a few years ago for a couple of quid each - instead of £20-30 - and had several auctions going at once...somehow I managed to win almost all of them and ended up forking out about £50 more than I had planned to spend Blush BUT on the plus side I got a whole new yard wardrobe for less than it would have normally cost me for 2/3 pairs! I think I remember counting about 14 pairs in all Wink).

Actually, thinking about jodhpurs, I could do with some more...wonder if Sod is feeling kind and will give me lots for not a lot...hmmm...

...now wondering whether they do maternity jodhs...
