EW not good that you are ill, hope it's over with quickly, I had that at the start and it really knocked me for 6.

Well I have my 12 week scan next week. Hmmm so I'll find out when I due.

11 weeks - yay!! But in that case your EDD can't be after mine as I am only a pitiful 8 weeks. Or did I get stuck in some strange space / time vacuum thingy?!? Or have I worked mine out incorrectly? Probably the latter knowing me!

The thing is the midwife said 15/10 and the GP said 15/11. So a big difference, I think I'm around the first week of nov.
So I'll find out who is right next week.

I'm wondering too, EW have you eaten too many gummi bears? You're suppoed to be due after me according to the list, if you're 11 weeks, you aren't due in November!

We've started a facebook group so we can share scan pics and what have you that we wouldn't necessarily want to put in public on here, if you send Desperatehousewife21 a private message, she'll send you the link to it.

I would think the MW just slipped up? when was your last period?

Foo it started on the 9/01 and finished on the 16/01 (I've got it on my phone) due to my work, the earlist we did the deed is Saturday 21/01.

Anyway, i can't wait for my scan.

The scan will give you a definite date, but if you're oct does that mean you'll leave us? :(

No I won't, I believe it is a nov babie. I just had a slight pain when I wrote this so baby is telling me, nov. the thing is the midwife counted the week I was bleeding as week 1 and I know what would have happened that week.

bimble am so sorry I somehow missed your post earlier. I hope you are ok, and am sorry to hear about your Dad but he sounds quite positive about it all which is grand.

And am well jeal of you peeps who have been reading in the sunshine! i shat myself (in the sun so yay) reading some of 'unconditional parenting' which told me that by praising my child I am teaching him to only do things for my reward and judgement. I can't help it I am always bigging him up! how depressing. It is the Ultimate parenting book and has taken me this long to dare open it ;0) Other than that I have been inside typing alllll day and eating easter egg.

We will be watching the apprentice tonight! Then I shall watch OBEM on my own. In silence. With tea. Another day.

I am still hugely in denial about the whole thing till the scan on Monday... How strange if I really am pregnant and a baby really is in there, all alive and things? Am completely sure I made it all up. I mean, I thought I was preggo every month of trying (and failing) so.... ;0)

Had to tell work today. I wimped out and did it by e-mail!!

Even if you ov & concieved on 21st, that's cd12 so a bit early but not unheard of and equally doesn't imply wildly long cycles, and they always count the dates from your LMP, unless the dating scan says massively otherwise, so I would say its an October baby EW. Even if you go over, they won't let you go longer than 2wks, taking you to the end of October... Unless you have cycles that are 3 months long & ovulate on cd50 or something, you will def have an October due date...

that they always go by LMP rather than what you know really pees me off. I was really pleased when the doctor I saw at the EPAU recommended my scan for when I said I would be week 7, rather than going by my LMP (I have 33-37 day cycles so was using opks and know when I ov'd give or take a day or two) because with my last pregnancy they stuck with my LMP even though that would have meant we conceived a week after having BD which is really unlikely! And put me back a whole week in my pregnancy which was really annoying!

Lol mw said my edd is 1/11 so according to her 9 weeks tomorrow. Tried to explain 30-34 day cycle but she said it didn't matter. Dating scan will say more I guess!
