Marking place

WestWing and others with MS, with DS1 and DS2 mine stopped at exactly 12 weeks, one day I had it, the next completely gone. So let's hope that happens this time too!

I feel ridiculously anxious and worried about everything.

I keep thinking negative things and thinking I won't get to 12 weeks or if I do then I'll get bad news at the scan :(

I've told loads of people (stupidly but I was too excited) so now I feel like I've jinxed it. I prob won't see a mw for another 2ish weeks but don't know whether to say anything.

Izzy, that was very blunt of them, surely until you've had a full work up including the bloods then they cannot possibly confirm? Still have fingers crossed for you x

Kyzordz, have you not run your dates through an online EDD thing? I used the one here on MN and the NHS one even though my MW today disagrees with her old fashioned wheely thing and put me two days later!

DP keeps asking why I don't seem very happy and I should be positive but I won't be able to relax until the scan.

You cannot jinx it DH21 , what will be will be regardless of who you tell or don't tell. Try to relax and go with the flow lovely :)

Ladies with MS, I am really suffering too. It's like the very worst hangover I ever had except at least when you are hungover you feel better if you throw up. I am going to venture out shortly to find some 'sea bands' as I have heard they work for the relentless nausea. I am 7+4 today and it seems like I've got a looooooong time before I will feel normal again :(

DesperateHousewife21 very normal feelings. With my first I was pretty much just waiting for something to go wrong and still struggled to believe it when a healthy baby arrived!

You can't jinx it - but I know what you mean.... Your emotions sound very typical of early pregnancy, which is a good sign!

I am on my 2nd attempt at producing DC#2 since starting TTC at the end of 2012. I have 23mo DD. 5wks ago today I had a chem pg (at only 4+1 but I tested early) & am really nervous that this pg will go the same way, but for whatever reason, my body jumped back on to the baby making wagon & I ovulated at roughly the right time, & here I am... Fingers crossed the frantic knicker checking remains unnecessary!!

I'm on't phone so could someone please add me to the (now lengthy) list when they get a chance??

I have my GP appointment on Friday & suspect they may change my dates as recently I have a 29day cycle - unless I fudge the figures and pretend I have a perfect cycle!! I know I ovulated on/after cd15 so it should work out the same as a 28day cycle iyswim. I know its only a day, but I don't want to have to wait another day to be another week along, if that makes sense.

Anyway, now you've all nodded off with my convoluted post, I'll be off

OMGBFP the doctor said I didn't need to come back unless the pain got worse or I started bleeding heavily, neither of which has happened (fingers crossed, touch wood etc).

My appointment is tomorrow night at 8, it can't come quick enough.

I read today that exercise can help with low blood pressure so made a two hour round trip into town and the supermarket. I didn't get my usual afternoon dizziness so I'm going to be getting pretty fit I imagine

I'm shattered now but then being dizzy was tiring me out!

I'm glad to read it's normal to worry, I've been panicking about every odd feeling or cramp, and I've also fretted on the two days I've not felt as sick. I did another test today and bean is apparently still there, it was a CB test and said 3+, and last week it said 2-3 so everything seems to have progressed as you'd expect. I'm hoping I panic less after the doctors tomorrow :) I've had no spotting or anything whatsoever, but some stitch like cramps today that I've not enjoyed :(

Well Asda were spared the wonderful delights of vomit (that is where I go for my optician!)

I held it in as much as I could driving home - got through the door, and boom. There we go.

I bought some mini milks as they were £1 reduced from £2.25. In fact they seemed so appealing, I bought 6 boxes! Ate one when I got in the car which went down a treat.

Didn't come back up quite such a treat. Warm mini milk anyone?

Off to ring gynae ward - I've not kept anything down today, and the medication clearly has done bog all - I took all 3 pills for the day well, it did say take when needed, no more than 3 in one day. I've vomited them all back up.
