McKayz · 08/06/2012 13:24

I might go post on the wagon fb page!

Gingerbreadlatte · 08/06/2012 13:26

McKayz · 08/06/2012 13:28

It is so very exciting!!! Grin

SESthebrave · 08/06/2012 13:30

You are both making me Grin - you're nearly as effective as gas and air!

Not sure if that puts me in labour officially. They're going to monitor me to see if contractions start. If they don't or if they're not strong enough, they'll put me on drip.

tinkcantwaittomove · 08/06/2012 13:30

Hi ladies thanks kay for update on wagon thread on fb
Good luck ses Grin exciting names good

Very wet and windy here too horrid!!

Gingerbreadlatte · 08/06/2012 13:34

glad we are making you laugh Ses. We will see what we can do to keep you sane :)

worried we will run out of thread- we are at 959!

SESthebrave · 08/06/2012 13:38

Yes, I thought that about the number of posts left too. Not sure whether to keep posting here or do a separate thread under child birth. Not sure if things get going, how long into labour I'd be able to post!

No sign of any contractions yet, just a bit of hardly there period pain like feelings.

cantmummyhaveabreak · 08/06/2012 13:39

ARGH!!!! super exciting- even pulled out the laptop for this :)

Good Luck for a smooth labour Ses- got all fingers and toes crossed for a successful VBAC! :D

McKayz · 08/06/2012 13:43

We do need a new thread soon!!

Come on BabySes, once you're here my baby no longer needs to wait!!!

SESthebrave · 08/06/2012 13:44

Ooh hello Cant and tink too!

SESthebrave · 08/06/2012 13:51

Have started thread in childbirth. Not sure how to link on MN App on phone but I'm sure you'll find it!

McKayz · 08/06/2012 13:52

I'll do it for you Ses. Here we go!!

cantmummyhaveabreak · 08/06/2012 13:53

think my laptop is going to need plugging in :( which means moving my bum!!

Rugbylovingmum · 08/06/2012 13:55

Hooray Ses GrinGrinGrinGrin, how exciting. You'll be cuddling your baby within hours. I prefer Callum Peter too (although I do like Peter Michael) and I love Aoife Grace - so pretty.

Kayz - I hope this is distracting you from feeling rough Sad, you have my total sympathy. I hated the final few weeks of pregnancy too - even with the night feeds and recovering from the c-section I feel soooooo much better now. You don't have long to go now! Enjoy your weekend without the boys and rest up.

Ginger - wow, the time since your 12 week scan has flown by! Hope you get some lovely pics at the scan - will you find out the sex or keep it a surprise?

BB - good luck for the scan, hope the bean co-operates and you get some nice pics. Hooray for ordering your cards Grin.

Hi Tink, LBOT, Star

We are all doing very well here. Erin is such an easy second baby, she is still feeding every 3 hours day and night but just sleeps the rest of the time and needs very little settling so I'm not too tired. The poor little sweetheart got an infection in her cord stump/belly button last week so we have been giving her disgusting tasting, syrupy antibiotics 3 times a day which she hates but luckily it doesn't seem to have been painful or made her feel ill - it has all cleared up now and she has her last dose tomorrow Smile. Caitlin has been a bit more naughty this week and has started asking me to do things with her whenever I am feeding Erin but nothing too bad. I guess once the novelty wore off she was bound to 'test the boundaries' again and see what she can get away with Wink.

Ooooh, so exciting - saw Kayz post on FB while the DC were watching punch and judy in town, but couldn't get on here... off the live thread now Grin

BBisTitanium · 08/06/2012 15:43

Eeeeeek ses!!! Off to live thread Grin dontcha just hate it when RL keeps you from important news haha!

Rugby glad erin is settling in well she sounds lovely Smile

McKayz · 08/06/2012 15:56

Ow ow ow ow ow!!! I've got loads of pains down below. Especially if I walk. Owwww

Gingerbreadlatte · 08/06/2012 16:11

Are you in sympathetic labour Kayz- or is there a BONK imminent for you too!??

Rugby- great to hear from you - glad all is well. E sounds a total delight!

BB/ Rugby- definately not finding out the gender... I really dont want to know so hope the sonographer doesnt slip up and tell me. I love all the anticipation !

Hooray for the live thread. I can see this evening being quite limited to checking my phone!

McKayz · 08/06/2012 16:14

Sympathy labour I think. No contractions but a very strange feeling that I can only really describe as someone sticking a needle into my cervix. Its not good.

Gingerbreadlatte · 08/06/2012 16:17

Could definately be the start of things.....
You might have a different labour this time and dilate a lot before you contract

McKayz · 08/06/2012 16:19

As long as there is time to get the carpet covered and the pool set up its fine!

Gingerbreadlatte · 08/06/2012 16:22

when you said this morning that your boys were away being looked after i thought that is a good time to be giving birth... maybe your body thinks the same.

bring on the clary sage burners!
