Weekly Challenge Thread (New one, can't find old one ????)

I don't know what's going on but this is the third post I've tried. If this fails I'm going to give up.

Anyway, I can't seem to find the old thread for some reason, my laptop is doing funny things so maybe it's at my end?

Anyway, I cannot see what you all have achieved so far this week but here is my blog with what I have done or you can have a peep in my profile but the pictures are quite diddy

Hi all!! just caught up on all he goings on.

i havent sorted my craft stash yet, although i did put a kit i ordered away in the right place instead of bunginging it on sofa/ in box/ on ed etc

oh and i watercoloured two stamp images ready to put on cards!

I have one but have some personal and quite horrific stuff on it which i don wan linked straight from here, i have commented on pixiefish's blog a few times but is not under champs... i'll coment on someone elses so that you can get to it from there if you want a nosey!! or i can revive my very old blog that i did for an advisor to see my slideshow.

the days just seem to run away with me and before i know it a weeks gone by, my bags not even packed yet!!

have finished the scarf now too (updated the blog when half way through before I picked up needles again tonight) I put a slit in it to draw one end through as it looked like was going to be too chunky to wrap properly but may have made the slit too long - will review tomorrow and see if need to redo. Also, anyone got any good tips about getting loose ends where you have knotted the yarn to look less like big knots hanging out of the thing? - I normally don't care when is a cardi or jumper as knots are hidden but on a scarf is different

very of anyone off on half term break - I am off to scotland tomorrow (which would be nice) on a work conference (which won't be} and getting grief from DH - you'd swear he'd never swanned off leaving me with two kids to look after!!!

Evening ... I have finally finished my Breast Cancer Guardian Angel. Hurray !

I have almost finished my 2 green and pink horses - just got the legs to finish on one and they are off to America!
I have also just finished a pink horse for a swap I'm doing with another blogger who has a shop on etsy; clangclang. I'm really excited because she contacted me and asked if I'd do a swap, she has the cutest rag dolls and I can't wait for mine to turn up!!!!

dingle and gingermonkey!! had a false alarm today, pains coming all day then stared comming every 5mins so i hot fooed home and sarted packing!! really must go but some nightshirts, mine are deff "home only" type stuff so need some decent ones.

panic last night, out internet went down all evening , seems its the wireless router thats the problem, so am using the old one today, dh will have to re-install the other one as he knows all the passwords etc.

well, my free afternoon has been lost today, ds is usually in nursery but has been up most of the night with a high temp so he's at home instead. dd is out on a playdate all afternoon so am going to see how ds is at lunch, if he picks up, might still take him for the afternoon.

did a bit of sewing yesterday evening but its looking a bit crap this morning, all puckered

LOL...well I wondered about a webcam but was too polite to mention it! Is that bag packed yet Champs!!

Lucykate- there are so many bug around, we seem to be passing them backwards and forwards amongst us!!!

he still has a temp, runny nose, dribbling all down his top and a rash on his chin but is running around downstairs with dd like he's just has loads of sweets

well, ds made it to nursery for a couple of hours so i made dh an anniversary card (and 2 cottage pies)

this week, i need to make another cushion and mini owl, 2 of each if i have time but prob not due to our half term being 2 weeks.

I finished knitting a new coffee cup warmer/holder.. no pictures yet.. oh and made some key lime cheesecake minis.. though thats probably not very crafty... I'll go back to doodleing in my sketch book now and be quiet... dh will be here in less than an hour so quite happy bouncy, and that might spell the end to vacationing crafts but it means going out and lots and lots of coffee and book and craft shops

I am in the process of making some cards - very glittery so making one hell of a mess in my workroom.

I should have some finished by tomorrow and then it's onto

a) a little rabbit
b) hotchpotch girl/ doll type thingy (actually I have no idea what it is, I just know the basic shape of what I am going to make

My list for this week is:

• A tarzan loincloth
• A victorian style apron
• 3 x Personalised Fleece Present Sacks
• A fabric advent calendar
• A fleece bag for a little girl

And to start making stuff up with all the material I've bought so that I can extend my range so get on Tuggle!!
