Ooh I've found my new MN home (if you've room for one more?) :)

Hooking amateur here.

Currently working on a blue and cream granny square blanket for my nephew due in August.

Best make so far is ds's owl trapper hat.

Whoever was asking about hairbands, I've made dd a couple, simple coloured rows with a back stitch only double crochet border. I did plaited tails either end to tie under her hair and added crocheted flower.

I have a phone case pattern on Pinterest, I'll try and link it.

I made DD an owl hat, Giraffe! I love it more than is healthy and it does't fit me. Bah!

Can't be arsed to NC but if I were going to make a case to practise making an iPhone case it might be like the one on this blog, which isn't mine.

Bumper, that sounds fab!

There is a pic of Princess Mouse on my profile, but she needs a wardrobe. Suggestions, please?

SoupDragon · 30/05/2012 07:25

She's lovely :) She needs at least one hat. Or a hat that looks like a wig...

DD has a pair of dressing up rabbits. On my very very long To Do list is extra clothes for their wardrobe.

It's Knit and Natter this morning if I pretend I didn't see the missed call from the agency and I'm torn. Do I go early and stop off at the wool shop and get started on my baby blanket, or do I take my odds n sods bag and make meecey clothes?

Hello Hookers!

I'm an enthusiastic novice - already too many projects on the go :)

Fabulous - I like people who have too many projects on the go :o

I have 1 large ripple blanket, an Ugly Blanket (recycled from a truly hideous charity shop find) and a rainbow ripple baby blanket which I have to finish today. I also have some Wooly Hug squares to finish off Blush

Two days to post, Soupy

I need pics of Ugly Blankets though, I'm intrigued!

I need to finish Princess Meece's wardrobe, make 3 more giant teddy squares for a pram blanket and decide on a border, then I have incoming hug squares to make into blankets. I also have to get my house finished before I'm too fat to bend!

The Ugly Blanket Project is an enormous granny square blanket from scrap yarn which I bought from a house clearance place. I frogged the lot, wound the separate colours into skeins, steamed the kinks out and am reconstructing it into a summer flower granny blanket as per an Attic 24 pattern.

I'm hoping it will be less ugly :o

I have 7 Hug squares ready to go - just need to put faces on the 2 bear squares. There is enough to make another square or two left but I may pretend that there isn't.

Ta daa!

I wasn't sitting in the car outside school at 2:55pm crocheting the border and darning the final ends in, oh no no no.
