AIBU to feel completely distressed by the viral video of the aftermath of onlyfans worker Lily P 'sleeping with' 100 men?

MumOfOneAllAlone · 11/12/2024 09:48

I've tried to word this carefully.

Lily, an onlyfans star, aged 20something I'm guessing, slept with 100 men in one go, as part of a documentary.

Following this, she's on camera crying. She says her eyes hurt as some of the men ejaculated in them, despite her saying no.

My heart is broken for this girl. Im a feminist but I've never thought of sex work as being empowering?

Surely, the empowerment of sex work has failed this poor girl? And surely the 100 men who agreed to do this are criminals???

I'm so angry. You could see in the video that Lily is realising what a mistake this was and is very traumatised.

Anyway, didn't see a thread on this so thought I'd post. My heart goes out to her, and my brain feels very angry at those who failed to protect her.

what the fuck was she thinking???

Whathappensnowplease · 11/12/2024 09:53

Better that people are see the real effects of these disgusting stunts. It might put off other young women doing similar.

Nogaxeh · 11/12/2024 09:53

I'm in two minds about sex work, but it can obviously not be acceptable for people's boundaries to be crossed in any circumstance.

She said no to ejaculations on her eyes. That was done without her consent. That is sexual assault.

Monwmum · 11/12/2024 09:55

I'm afraid the more I see of the internet and social media and what it has done to the human race, the more I wish it hadn't been invented

TheSilkWorm · 11/12/2024 09:57

Of course 'sex work' isn't empowering and it's exploitation, not work. And yes the men who violated her consent are criminals. However most of them aren't. She consented to this action and consented to the vast majority of the sexual acts. It's bizarre, self harming behaviour done to seek notoriety and fame.

Well the type of men who would take part in this type of thing are hardly going to be decent people who respect boundaries and women.
I'm totally against victim blaming as a rule but if she voluntarily put herself in this position then I think it's double standards to complain about these men not behaving like gentlemen.

TheSilkWorm · 11/12/2024 09:58

I've just googled her and I think she's the same one who likes to take the virginity of 18 year old boys in exchange for filming it and posting it online. I think she's also a groomer and exploiter of very young adults. She's got a very warped way of thinking anyway.

CatFlautist · 11/12/2024 10:00

I don’t know this woman nor do I want to look any of this up as I find it incredibly grim. However with the vast majority of ‘sex-positivity’, women are sold a false narrative that ultimately benefits men.

Lowcarbonated · 11/12/2024 10:02

It's all some bizarre publicity stunt to increase her online profile. I expect she wants to be advertising bohoo and nastygal eventually. No one would be so stupid and naïve to think sleeping with '100 men' in a day would make you feel great. From what I can gather she appearing in a documentary about it. Not a very interesting documentary really. A situation entirely of her own making.

30percent · 11/12/2024 10:02

Sorry No sympathy here she chose to do that for attention knowing it was stupid.
There's people out there who have terrible things happen to them that they didn't decide to do of their own volition I'll save my sympathy for them

macap · 11/12/2024 10:04

No sympathy for her. People make choices. She doesn’t have to partake in sex work. As for the men, disgusting but unsurprising. Morally bankrupt. 🤢🤢🤢

FranticFrankie · 11/12/2024 10:04

Is she the one that’s planning 1000 men? Or a different one?
In what world would anyone think this is a positive thing? It’s beyond grim
Stop the world, I so need to get off

I didn’t know ejaculating in eyes was a thing. Gross.

WasThatACorner · 11/12/2024 10:07

@whathappensnowplease you're right, the sort of men who would want to take part in this sort of stunt aren't going to be good guys. Those men seem to be readily available though, while the women willing to do these things are still few and far between.

You're first response was to look squarely at the woman though. This isn't a criticism of you personally, if you look through previous threads about this woman or other similar stunts you see a massive focus on her and no real discussion about the men.

There was 1 woman in this situation and 100 men who continued to engage in sex with a woman who was visibly distressed. I know someone will be along soon to say NAMALT but there needs to be more discussion about the men in these situations. What has happened to all of these men that they don't want or need ENTHUSIASTIC consent to engage in any sort of sexual activity?

If you think the Internet and social media has done anything to the human race that hadn't already existed, I have a bridge to sell you.

All it's done is make it easier for degenerates to indulge.

Startinganew32 · 11/12/2024 10:08

I’m not going to lose any sleep over her trauma from having cum in her eyes after she willingly shagged 100 men one after the other. She’s grim. I have sympathy for women who have no other option but to turn to prostitution, some of whom are raped and beaten by pimps and clients. Not idiots like this.

StrawberryWater · 11/12/2024 10:09

The men are grim and the woman is an idiot.

ElatedShark · 11/12/2024 10:09

I have no idea who this woman is but from your post she voluntarily set this up to do?

I'm sure she'll be fine

MurdoMunro · 11/12/2024 10:10

Is the display of her trauma part of the business model here? Trying very hard to keep my tone neutral here. But is this something now to be sold to men who get off on abusing women?

Nail on head.

DogandMog · 11/12/2024 10:12

Even ostensibly “consensual” sex can be distressing and upsetting for women, even if it doesn’t have the full payload of PTSD from SA. A woman’s consent is a necessary floor for sexual relations, but it’s a woefully insufficient ceiling to protect women from heartbreak, STD’s, absconding impregnators and a raft of other consequences of sex. We need deontological standards around sexual mores in addition to women’s individual consent. Sex is always assymetrically skewed against women, just by the basic facts that women are the bearers of the next generation, and women are impacted hardest by the physiology and psychology of reproduction.

Isxmasoveryet · 11/12/2024 10:15

She knew what she was doing she is an adult yes she made a bad decision to get fame but she knew that this would have potential consequences no point playing the victim card no one forced her to do this or organise this she willingly participated and willingly organised all those men lesson learnt in my book

OnlyinBlackandWhite · 11/12/2024 10:16

I agree with whoever said this is a form of extreme self-harm on her part. I see it as akin to other self-harm which also hurts and is unpleasant but provides some psychological 'need' (or fame).

As for the men, I am disgusted by each and every one of them, I don't believe they thought or cared about her consent, because anyone with a brain can see that's not true enthusiastic consent (as psychologically damaged) and so normal people would not leap on a vulnerable damaged person unless they thought it was ok (such as people who use sex workers in the first place).

ChannelFiveDrama · 11/12/2024 10:17

Everyone involved in this publicity stunt should have a good long look at themselves. The woman, the men, those involved in the 'documentary' and anyone who engages with it.

Morally bankrupt dignity-phobes the lot of them.

SmokeyToo · 11/12/2024 10:18

Stupid is as stupid does. Zero sympathy.

Startinganew32 · 11/12/2024 10:19

You could see in the video that Lily is realising what a mistake this was and is very traumatised.

I bet she will do something similar again soon, maybe even more men this time.
