I fail to see how this policy is compatible with Forstater and the Equality Act.

I mean, it's clear this particular man is, at the very least, trying to make these women feel uncomfortable. He's looming behind them asking them when they're going to get changed, and watching them when they do.

I think most posters on this thread are talking about the reasons MEN claim to be trans. The man in question here is openly heterosexual and behaving in an overtly aggressively sexual way towards these women. This thread is about HIM and MEN like him.

Oh of course some men identify as trans to make women uncomfortable - I'm not saying all do it for this reason but some do.

What about the Canadian trans person, Jonathan whatever his last name is. Would harass female beauticians who refused to wax his bollocks - they said they only waxed female genitalia as this was what they'd been trained in. He could have gone to a beautician who happily waxes bollocks. So he wasn't trying to force these women to wax his balls because he was desperate for a wax, he had other options. His "need" was to make women uncomfortable and to try and legally force an unwilling woman to handle his genitals.

Very good point. I'm sure I previously read about this individual making inappropriate remarks. Ultimately I'm not going to be forced to be in my underwear in front of a male bodied person if I don't want to be. No matter what he calls himself.

When I use the changing rooms, I go in and get changed. I don't invade other women's personal space or ask them when they're getting changed. Nor do I watch them do it. None of the other women do either. This man on the other hand...

It's amazing to me that some people will claim no man would possibly become a "transwoman" in order to upset women or worse. I mean how many men trained as priests to get access to children (a much bigger commitment than simply changing one's pronouns)? A bit different, but serial killer H.H Holmes built a hotel with all kinds of horrific modifications so he could access and dispose of his victims as he pleased. Men have a long history of going to huge lengths to access victims, so why is it unthinkable and impossible than some men would use trans as a trojan horse? Not all, but some?
