To sum up, the nurses are having to squeeze into an office to get changed. There’s not room or facilities for all the women who want to use it & it opens into a busy corridor. They were told it was a temporary solution but it seems to be long term. And if males wanted to use it too, nothing’s stopping them.

And the reason all this is happening is the they complained about a male nurse in the women’s changing room.

This was in the news a while ago. I'd happily go elsewhere and leave the transwoman alone in the women's changing room if I were one of those nurses. Pull the rug from under his feet. Won't have the desired effect of making women uncomfortable if he's in there alone, soon get bored I imagine.

During Covid we had to change in our store cupboard. It was our only male nurse that had the issue. Non of us females cared about him being there as he is gay. But he was very uncomfortable. We don't have a changing room. (Or a staff room either!)

It doesn’t matter what state of ‘transition’ a man is in. Chopping a dick off (extremely rare) and having breast implants doesn’t magically turn men into women and women should have the right to say no.

There's a simple solution, no changing room at all, wear uniform to work. It's what we do now. It's not seen as a requirement to provide at all for either sex.

A simple solution is to have male and female changing rooms. I’ve heard that before somewhere. Sounds radical but apparently it works. If need be a third unisex space. Revolutionary stuff.

I think you'll find that most nurses turn up and leave still in uniform these days, as changing rooms are the first to be let go of when space is at a premium. They are not seen as necessary anymore.

But even if he is trying to get his wife pregnant and walks about in his undies with visible manhood on show, it doesn’t matter because he is a vulnerable trans woman.
It is Bigoted to think otherwise and women should really reframe their thinking.

It’s a perversion, pure and simple. He wants to gawp at women in their underwear. It’s pathetic.

What I don't understand is why women are being forced to view a transwomen as women. Just because a man feels he is a woman, it doesn't mean all woman have to feel the same as him. I'm all about equal rights and that means equal, it doesn't mean trans rights trump biological women's rights. Separate facilities need to be provided transwomen.

I believe it is for health and safety reasons they can’t wear their uniforms to work.
Just as Chef’s have to put on a clean uniform to prepare food, rather than commute on public transport with all the germs 🦠 that can be transferred either way.
