TESCO CANCELLED all orders after 1pm today...

Just that....

I'm sitting waiting for my 1-2pm delivery which hasn't turned up so I ring the call centre.

Due to technical difficulties they have cancelled ALL ORDERS NATIONALLY after 1pm today
(I assume tomorrow is ok?)

No call, no email, nothing....

Just thought I'd share so noone is dinner less tonight!

I had this on Friday for an order between 4-5... I usually find them reliable so was prepared to overlook and rebooked for today between 8&9... another no show without communication if any kind... can't get through on phone or any response on WhatsApp... and this time they HAVE charged my card. Will be switching supermarkets from now on.

I've had this, waited all day for them only to say at 10.00 at night that they could not deliver any orders. They sent me a refund, but I had to go shopping when I had planned to do something else and got all my groceries late. They are normally good but I don't trust them any more.
