The police officers testimony was very limited. She wasn't allowed to identify as an officer, or speak to the arrest, or even identify who Amber was with at the airport.

She testified she saw a physical altercation, Amber ripped a necklace over her travelling companion's neck and had a hold on her arm. The woman testifying stepped between them and it ended.

Can I ask what eceryone is thinking?

Who will Amber call in rebuttal - has to be about her counterclaim

Isn't it interesting what can be included? Must be so weird to be on the jury and then come out and find extra stuff both sides.

It is interesting and I don't completely understand it at all. So many things are not allowed to be presented even when they seem like they would be useful to the case. It isn't about giving jurors all the information - both sides fight to keep everything they can that would make their side look bad. It is a werid part of the justice process!

I have to confess, I was paying more attention to AH team time.

They have rebuttal witnesses, I wonder how they will manage their time JD team have lots more time to cross examine AH rebuttal witnesses.
Presumably they won't resort to "are you here for 15mins of fame "

if I was Amber for rebuttal it has to be about Depps claim, hers feels dead in the water. Wonder if any new witnesses turn up for Depp overnight. TMZ guy was a gift for them.

I'm not able to watch the first part of each day due to work comittments but I'm a 4. I hope JD wins. The smirking from AH really pissed me off today. You might not agree with someone but you don't smirk. You look cross maybe, or upset, but you don't smirk. That's not the actions of a victim.

Does anyone know if the jurors have tv screens in front of them like we do?

Can they only see who is on the stand from the angle of their seats or can they see what the cameras see?

It should be fine. Depps team only has one more witness (the flight attendant) unless there is another suprise one like Beverley! Her testimony will be brief as it is only about one specific incident. In rebuttal, they are even more limited in what they can ask about.

Then they have an hour for direct / redirect of their own rebuttal witnesses for their counterclaim. They only called a few witnesses specific to their counterclaim in the first place and so I am not sure who they would call back. Maybe one of the social media / data guy? Maybe the entertainment 'expert'. Those are the only two I can think of who might have anything to rebut. And I doubt they want to open their witnesses back up to much of a cross. Maybe they have a suprise rebuttal witness? We will see.

What matters now is the closing arguments and they get fresh time for that.
